After 4 rounds played we can already see who rules in the Top Division Women and who belongs to weaker ones.

The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of B.Willebroek (2-1) at the home court on Sunday night. Hosts were edged by Sint Kateline Waver (4-0) 78-75. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of B.Willebroek. B.Willebroek was trailing by 5 points at halftime but managed to get 3-point lead after three quarters before a 21-15 charge of Sint Kateline Waver, which allowed them to win the game. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Sint Kateline Waver made 7 blocks. 26 personal fouls committed by B.Willebroek helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of Billie Massey (184-0) who helped to win the game recording 23 points and 8 rebounds and point guard Elise Ramette (171-98) who added 14 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists during the contest. At the losing side the former international guard Vreny Van Driel (175-88) responded with 21 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Sint Kateline Waver have a solid four-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Kangoeroes. Newly promoted B.Willebroek dropped to the fifth place with one game lost. Jeugd Gentson's coach Wesley Wauters rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Kangoeroes have a solid four-game winning streak. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Belfius Namur moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Liege. Newly promoted Verviers-Pep. still closes the standings with four games lost. They share the position with Laarne. Belfius Namur will meet at home Jeugd Gentson (#10) in the next round. Verviers-Pep. will play against Castors Braine and looks forward to get finally their first victory.

Top-ranked Castors Braine (3-0) crushed at home 8th ranked Tulikivi (1-2) by 71 points 122-51, which is the biggest margin this round on Wednesday night. The game without a history. Castors Braine led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Tulikivi's 28 and made 21-of-23 free shots (91.3 percent) during the game, while Tulikivi only scored two points from the stripe. Castors Braine forced 27 Tulikivi turnovers and outrebounded them 48-18 including a 16-1 advantage in offensive rebounds. Castors Braine looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Tulikivi's players.
