Celik needed victory in Sarajevo to become champion, but the team from Zenica couldn't reach the goal, althoug they already won against 'Zeljo' twice this season. With this result of the last round the new champion of BiH became the team Mladi Krajisnik from Banja Luka, who was free in this round. Zeljeznicar has no chance to get the title this year, as they got it last year. Result of the sixth round: Zeljeznicar - Celik 73:69 The team Mladi Krajisnik was free. CELIK Zenica the CUP winner - Mar 22, 2011 Great basketball show in basketball cup of Bosnia and Herzegowina from teams Celik and Jedinstvo BHT. From the start of the game Celik was dominating Zenica's Arena, in the first quorter they hat plus 7 points (15:8), and by the halftime it was already 39:22. At the end of the second quorter the winner was known, by the game and by the score. Til the end of the game Jedinstvo couldn't do much to change the score, by the end of the thirt qourter the result was 61:40, and at the fourth quorter Celik completely run over Jedinstvo (26:8) and so the Celik team won the first title at the cup of BiH. The best players by Celik were Vidovic Rada and Pilav Aida with 24 scores, while by the team of Jedinstvo from Tuzla the best players were Kovacevic Zdenka with 14 and Becirovic Azra with 13 points. |
