This win is keeping them within the top of the standings with 3 wins and 1 loss. The game started well for hosts who managed to take 22-12 lead after initial 10 minutes. Than in the second quarter, Borac started to struggle offensively, while Grude used this to cut the deficit. Thanks to turnovers and misses, Borac scored only 4 points during second quarter and as result, at the halftime they trialed 26-31. Than after the break, they improved their offense dramatically and managed to turn the game around one more time. With 10 minutes left to play Borac was back up 54-46 and they managed to keep their lead until the end of the game. In the end they celebrated 72-63 win. In other game, Mladost recorded 62-52 home victory over Zrinjski and now both teams have score of 2 wins and 2 losses. The game did not start well for hosts, as Zrinjski came out strong and managed to build 14-20 lead. Than second quarter brought a lot of mistakes from both sides, as they struggle offensively. Mladost won this period 13-7 and at halftime the game was tied 27. Third quarter proved to be decisive as Mladost managed to make a run which gave them 7 point lead with 10 minutes to play. In the final quarter, Mladost managed to fend off Zrinjski attempt at comeback and celebrated 10 point margin victory. The list with scorers will be available soon.

Five days after the bitter defeat against Siroki Admir Bukva informed the media that KK Bosna splits with Nikola Vucurovic and Matija Ceskovic.The days before coach Vukoicic offered his retreat but the management refused to let go one of the best coaches KK Bosna had in its history.In statements after the match he declared that he would have to get 10 new players and that he is willing to face the consequences [read more]
Five days after the bitter defeat against Siroki Admir Bukva informed the media that KK Bosna splits with Nikola Vucurovic and Matija Ceskovic. The days before coach Vukoicic offered his retreat but the management refused to let go one of the best coaches KK Bosna had in its history. In statements after the match he declared that he would have to get 10 new players and that he is willing to face the consequences. Bosna didn t rule out that there will be further cuts particularly on the inside positions where KK Siroki revealed the agony of the legendary bosnian club. However KK Bosna will have not an easy job to replace these players since the funds of KK Bosna are running low.

According to various reports from Croatian and Russian media, Goran Suton (209-C-85, college: Michigan St.) will continue career in Spratak St. Petersburg. The Croatian/Bosnian International was recently cut by Utah Jazz and was on the lookout for the new team.

According to various reports from Croatian and Russian media, Goran Suton (209-C-85, college: Michigan St.) will continue career in Spratak St. Petersburg. The Croatian/Bosnian International was recently cut by Utah Jazz and was on the lookout for the new team. Reportedly Goran Suton has agreed a three-year deal with Russian outfit Spartak St. Petersbourg, who has started the season with two defeats. Suton is expected to provide toughness under the basket, something he was known for during his days at Michigan State University. He will also have the chance to take participation at EuroCup where Spartak was drawn in Group E along with Turk Telecom, Charleroi and winner of the matchup Bilbao-Donetsk. If everything goes well, Suton should make his debut this coming weekend when Spartak will take on Unics Kazan. Originally born in Sarajevo, Goran Suton played for Michigan State in NCAA. In 2008, he led his University to NCAA Sweet 16 round of national Tournament. He averaged 9.1 point and 8.2 rebounds in 30 games that year. This past season in 33 games Suton averaged 10.1 points and 8.2 rebounds per game. Suton was one of instrumental players, helping his team win the Big Ten Regular Season Title. Suton was voted All-Big Ten 2nd Team and has made it to the Final Four this year. At the recently held NBA Draft, Suton was chosen by Utah Jazz as 50th pick. However, he did not succeed to earn a season contract.
