Igokea managed to beat Zrinjski on the road handing it the second defeat of the season. At the same time, Igokea jumped on top of D1 alone with almost perfect 11-1 record. It was extremely exciting game, decided at the very end. Visitors were more concentrated when it was the most impotrnat grabbing precious 80-79 road win. However, during the game Zrinjski was much better team. The hosts even touched plus 17 at the middle of third stanza, 54-37. [read more]

It was extremely exciting game, decided at the very end. Visitors were more concentrated when it was the most impotrnat grabbing precious 80-79 road win. However, during the game Zrinjski was much better team. The hosts even touched plus 17 at the middle of third stanza, 54-37. Mostly owing to Kenny Taylor (192-G-82, college: Texas) and Milijan Bocka (186-G-82, agency: 011 Sports), Igokea succeeded to get closer and finally to make a turn. Marko Djerasimovic (200-F/G-84) was hero of the game as he made one free throw with 6 seconds to go. Zrinjski had the last possession, but Ivan Vujicic (193-G-72) and Mate Perajica didn't make it. Kenny Taylor was totally the best player in Igokea delivering 28 points. He made 6 of 10 attempts from behind the arc. Milijan Bocka had 17, while Marko Djerasimovic drained 10 points. Ivan Vujicic answered with 18 points for the hosts. Zdravko Vuckovic (197-F-79) followed him with 2 points less.

Nemanja Gordic (194-G-88) the young PG of the bosnian NT is the best basketball player in Montenegro.
He is considered to be one of the best PG in NLB League and there are reports that he will leave Buducnost at the end of the year and become a teammate
of Mirza Teletovic in TAU Ceramica. The bosnian basketball federation announced to try to get some bosnian players back under the bosnian flag. [read more]

He is considered to be one of the best PG in NLB League and there are reports that he will leave Buducnost at the end of the year and become a teammate of Mirza Teletovic in TAU Ceramica. The bosnian basketball federation announced to try to get some bosnian players back under the bosnian flag. It is not ruled out that Emir Preldzic, Mirza Begic, Hasan Rizvic and Ratko Varda play for their home countries. Emir Preldzic, one of the two bosnian stars in Fenerbahce Istanbul expressed his wish to play for Bosnia-Hercegovina if it s possible. Since Preldzic,Rizvic and Begic are naturalised players only one of them would be eligiblible to play for Slovenia during an official tournament. KS BIH however didn t react when FIBA asked for consent of the bosnian KSBIH as Slovenia asked for a change of basketball nationality of Edin Alispahic. KSBIH ignored FIBA letters twice and FIBA decided to decide in favour of Alispahic.

After just few months on the bench of Bosnian team Posusje, Ante Nazor decided to leave it. With coach Nazor Posusje won just 3 games in 11 appearances. In the last round Robert Jurisic led the team. As it was expected, Siroki grabbed that one 90-71 on the road. Ivo Josipovic (205-F-75, agency: Court Side) top-scored for the winners with 24 points. Ivan Siriscevic (198-G/F-87) also shined netting 2 points less. Posusje got the most from Ivan Ramljak (203-F/C-90), 22 points. [read more]

Borac was better than Hercegovac 83-74 getting 21 points by Hrvoje Puljko (193-G-83, agency: Interperformances). Josko Garma (206-F-81, agency: Agency No 10) helped the hosts with 18 points. Borac is currently the fourth ranked team with 9-3.
