Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top performances of Bosnians who are currently playing abroad.

   #1. This week's number one is an international guard Zack Wright (195-85, college: Central Mo., currently plays in VTB United League). Wright led his Russian team Spartak St.Petersburg to a victory over the sixth-ranked Lietuvos rytas (5-5) crushing them 83-63 in the VTB United League last Sunday. He was MVP of the game. Wright recorded 23 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists and made 3 blocks. Spartak St.Petersburg (7-2) is placed second in group A. It's Wright's first season with the team. This year he averages: 6.4ppg, 2.9rpg, 3.1apg, 1.4spg, 2FGP: 52.4% and FT: 73.7%. Wright is a naturalized American. He is currently a member of the Bosnia and Herzegovina senior national team. Strangely Wright has never played in Bosnia.

   #2. Second place goes to an international center Kenan Bajramovic (205-81, currently plays in Turkey). He was the major contributor in a Banvit BK's victory against one of league's weakest teams Antalya (2-12) 100-95 in the Turkish TBL in Saturday night's game. Bajramovic scored 18 points, grabbed 6 rebounds and dished 3 assists. Banvit Basketbol Kulubu (12-2) is placed third in the TBL. It was his team's fifth consecutive victory in a row. Bajramovic's overall stats this season are: 8.1ppg, 4.9rpg, 1.1apg, 2FGP: 38.6%, 3FGP: 41.0% and FT: 78.6%. He is in the roster of the Bosnia and Herzegovina senior national team.

   #3. The Bosnia and Herzegovina player who performed third best last week abroad was an international forward Mirza Teletovic (206-85, agency: Beo Basket, currently plays in NBA). Teletovic contributed to an easy victory against the Sacramento Kings (13-21) crushing them 113-93 in the NBA last Saturday. He scored 14 points, had 6 rebounds and made 2 blocks in 21 minutes. The Brooklyn Nets have 19-15 record this season. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. This year Teletovic's overall stats are: 2.8ppg, 1.3rpg, 2FGP: 52.9%, 3FGP: 28.6% in the 18 games he played so far. He is also a member of the Bosnia and Herzegovina senior national team.

An experienced shooting guard Ivan Opacak (201-80, agency: INVICTUS Sports Group, currently plays in Poland), who plays in the Polish TBL could not help PGE Turow (11-4) in their last game on Sunday. Despite Opacak's very good performance PGE Turow was defeated 67-58 on the road by the lower-ranked Anwil (#6). He was the top scorer with 26 points. Opacak also added 6 rebounds. Opacak's total stats this season are: 8.8ppg and 2.9rpg. He has a dual citizenship: Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatian. Opacak is also Bosnia and Herzegovina national team player.

International forward Nihad Djedovic (198-90, also represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Germany) was the main contributor in an ALBA Berlin's victory against the 16th-ranked New Yorker Phantoms (6-11) crushing them 80-58 in the German BBL last Sunday. Djedovic was the best player in that game. He scored 19 points and grabbed 5 rebounds (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line). ALBA Berlin (11-5) is placed third in the BBL. They ended the series of three consecutive loses. Djedovic has relatively good stats this season: 11.1ppg, 3.9rpg and 1.8apg. He plays currently for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.

   #6. Power forward Jozo Brkic (212-86, agency: Interperformances, currently plays in Adriatic League), who plays in Croatia was not able to help KK Zadar (6-10) in their last game on Sunday. Despite his very good performance KK Zadar was edged 67-65 in Novo Mesto by the higher-ranked Krka (#10). Brkic was the top scorer with 17 points. He also added 4 rebounds and 4 assists. Brkic's total stats this season are: 7.4ppg and 3.3rpg. Despite he played previously for the Croatian U20 national team, Brkic is also an international player who is currently on the senior Bosnia and Herzegovina National Team roster.

   #7. International center Nedzad Sinanovic (221-83, currently plays in Spain), who plays in the Spanish ACB was not able to secure a victory for Blancos de Rueda (6-10) in their last game. Despite his very good performance Blancos de Rueda was crushed 89-56 in Santoago de Comp by the much higher-ranked (#7) Blusens Monbus. Sinanovic was the top scorer with 15 points. He also added 5 rebounds in 26 minutes. It was Blancos de Rueda's fifth consecutive loss in a row. This year Sinanovic's total stats are: 7.3ppg and 4.7rpg in the 15 games. He is also Bosnia and Herzegovina national team player.

   #8. Center Ognjen Kuzmic (215-90, currently plays in Spain), who plays in the Spanish ACB couldn't help FIATC Joventut (7-9) in their last game. Despite Kuzmic's good performance FIATC Joventut was crushed 80-50 in Las Palmas by the much higher-ranked (#4) G.Canaria 2014. He was the second best scorer with 11 points. Kuzmic also added 8 rebounds in a mere 18 minutes. Kuzmic has averaged so far 6.9ppg and 5.8rpg in the 16 games. He plays currently for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.

International forward Ante Masic (200-85, another player represented by Interperformances, currently plays in Adriatic League) couldn't help Cedevita (9-7) in their game against KK Split (7-9) in the Adriatic League. Masic recorded 6 points in 30 minutes. It was his first game for Cedevita this season. Cedevita was edged 75-72 at home by the lower-ranked (#9) KK Split. Masic is also in the roster of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.

Power forward Elvir Ovcina (212-76, another player represented by Interperformances, college: Syracuse, currently plays in Germany), who plays in the German BBL couldn't help LTi 46ers (4-13) in their last game on Sunday. Despite his very good performance the bottom-ranked LTi 46ers was badly defeated 102-86 in Oldenburg by the second-ranked EWE Baskets. Ovcina was the second best scorer with 17 points. He also added 5 rebounds and 7 assists. This season Ovcina has relatively solid stats: 11.5ppg, 6.0rpg and 2.8apg. He is a former international player as eight years ago he still played for the Bosnia and Herzegovina senior national team.

   #11. International forward Milan Milosevic (205-85, currently plays in Adriatic League) managed to help KK Buducnost Voli Podgorica in a victory against the closely-ranked MZT Skopje 76-69 in the Adriatic League last Saturday. Milosevic recorded only 4 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in 23 minutes. Milosevic has averaged so far 1.5ppg and 2.5rpg in the 15 games. He plays currently for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.

   #12. International point guard Sasa Vasiljevic (180-79, another player represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Ukraine) contributed to a 2-point Halychyna's victory against the closely-ranked Azovmash 80-78 in the Ukrainian Superleague in Wednesday night's game. Vasiljevic recorded 10 points and added 3 passes in 21 minutes. Vasiljevic has averaged so far 9.3ppg, 1.6rpg and 4.2apg in the 25 games. He is also in the roster of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.

   #13. Former international guard Ernest Bremer (194-80, agency: Higher Vision Sports, college: St.Bonaventure, currently plays in Italy) contributed to an overtime Armani Milano's victory against one of league's weakest teams Angelico Biella 99-96 in the Italian SerieA last Sunday. Bremer recorded 5 points and added 5 assists. Bremer has averaged so far 4.7ppg, 1.3rpg, 3.7apg and 1.3spg. He is a naturalized American. Bremer used to play for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team two years ago. He played also for Bosna ASA BH Telecom Sarajevo in Bosnia and Herzegovina league.

   #14. International center Elmedin Kikanovic (210-88, another player represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in VTB United League) contributed to a 3-point Enisey Krasnoyarsk's victory against the tenth-ranked Tsmoki-Minsk 77-74 in the VTB United League on Sunday night. Kikanovic recorded 12 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 23 minutes. Kikanovic has averaged so far 8.4ppg and 3.1rpg in the 10 games. He plays currently for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.

   #15. Former U16 international forward Dejan Todorovic (94, currently plays in Spain) contributed to an easy victory against the ninth-ranked Cafes Aitona crushing them 88-56 in the Spanish LEB Silver (third division) in Saturday night's game. Todorovic was the top player that evening. He scored 17 points and grabbed 5 rebounds. Todorovic has reliable stats this season: 12.7ppg, 3.4rpg and 1.5apg. He used to play for the Bosnia and Herzegovina U16 national team four years ago.


The list of other players, who all have Bosnia and Herzegovina passport but never been selected to any of Bosnia and Herzegovina national teams:

   #1. Bojan Bogdanovic (203-SG-89, currently plays in Euroleague), who plays in Turkey could not help Fenerbahce Ulker (0-2) in their last game. Despite his very good performance the sixth-placed Fenerbahce Ulker lost 92-98 on the road to the second-ranked Montepaschi Siena in the group F of Euroleague. Bogdanovic was the top scorer with 31 points. He also added 4 rebounds in 32 minutes. Bogdanovic has relatively good stats this year: 13.2ppg and 1.7rpg in the 12 games he played so far. He has a dual citizenship: Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatian.

   #2. Zoran Planinic (198-G-82, currently plays in Euroleague) led his Russian team Khimky to a victory over the fourth-ranked Regal FC Barcelona (1-1) 78-65 in the Euroleague on Thursday night. He was the best player in that game. Planinic scored 16 points and added 6 passes (was perfect 6-for-6 from the free throw line) in 30 minutes. BC Khimky Moscow Region (2-0) is placed first in group F. Planinic is currently second on the list of best passers with 5.7apg. This year his other stats are: 13.6ppg, 3.8rpg and 1.2spg in the 11 games. Planinic is another player who holds two passports: Croatian and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

   #3. Damir Markota (209-F-85, currently plays in Euroleague), who plays in Turkey was not able to help Besiktas (0-2) in their last game. Despite his good performance the seventh-placed Besiktas lost 64-77 in Athens to the higher-ranked (#5) Olympiacos in the group F of Euroleague. Markota had a double-double by scoring 14 points and getting 10 rebounds in 32 minutes. This year Markota's total stats are: 9.6ppg, 5.5rpg, 1.6apg and 1.1spg in the 12 games. Similarly like Planinic and Bogdanovic above he has both Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatian nationalities.

   #4. Suad Sehovic (196-G/F-87, currently plays in Ukraine) was the main contributor in Khimik's victory against the closely-ranked Mykolaiv (11-13) crushing them 86-45 in the Ukrainian Superleague on Saturday night. Sehovic was the top player that evening. He had a double-double by scoring 16 points and getting 15 rebounds. Sehovic also added and 3 steals in 30 minutes. Khimik-OPZ Yuzny (13-9) is placed sixth in the Superleague. It was his team's first victory after four consecutive loses. There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. This year Sehovic has relatively solid stats: 12.0ppg, 5.1rpg and 1.3apg in the 22 games. He also holds two passports: Montenegrin and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

   #5. Mirza Begic (217-C-85, currently plays in Euroleague) managed to help Real Madrid to win against the eighth-ranked Brose Baskets Bamberg (0-2) 82-67 in the Euroleague in Thursday night's game. Begic scored only 4 points, grabbed 7 boards, handed out 3 passes and blocked 3 shots. Real Madrid (2-0) is placed first in group E. Begic's total stats this season are: 5.3ppg and 3.5rpg. He has dual citizenship: Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenian.

   #6. Toni Bizaca (202-F-82, currently plays in Sweden) contributed to a Sodertalje Kings' victory against the league leader Sundsvall Dragons 76-70 in the Swedish Basketligan last Sunday. Bizaca was the top player that evening. He recorded 19 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists in 28 minutes. Bizaca has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages: 16.0ppg, 4.8rpg, 1.6apg and 1.1spg in the 17 games.

   #7. Stanko Barac (216-C-86, currently plays in Euroleague) helped his Turkish team Anadolu Efes win their game against the closely-ranked Panathinaikos 78-64 in the Euroleague on Thursday night. Barac scored 6 points and blocked 2 shots. Barac's total stats this season are: 4.9ppg and 3.4rpg. He has Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatian nationalities.

   #8. Seid Hajric (203-F-83, currently plays in Poland) helped Anwil win their game against the league outsider Rosa Radom 89-72 in the Polish TBL in Saturday night's game. Hajric scored 12 points, had 7 rebounds and made 2 blocks in 27 minutes. This year Hajric has relatively solid stats: 12.6ppg and 6.3rpg in the 13 games. He has dual citizenship: Bosnia and Herzegovina and Polish.

   #9. Goran Suton (208-C-85, college: Michigan St., currently plays in Adriatic League) was not able to secure a victory for Cedevita in their game against KK Split in the Adriatic League. Suton recorded 9 points. His team was edged 75-72. Suton's total stats this season are: 3.2ppg and 1.6rpg. He holds both Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatian passports.

   #10. Miroslav Todic (205-F-85, currently plays in Italy) helped LeGamberi Foods Forlì win their game against the closely-ranked Biancoblu BO crushing them 96-71 in the Italian Lega2 (second division) on Sunday night. Todic was the top player that evening. He recorded 27 points (!!!) and grabbed 4 rebounds in 26 minutes. Todic is ranked sixth on the list of the best rebounders in the league with 8.6rpg. This year his other stats are: 14.8ppg in the 13 games. Todic has Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbian nationalities.

CS Dinamo Bucuresti (Liga Nationala) re-signed 33-year old Bosnian international guard Marko Sutalo (194-83). He is a dual citizen owning also Serbian passport. Sutalo was a team leader there last season. In 36 Liga Nationala games he recorded very impressive stats: 15.6ppg, 2.9rpg and 3.4apg. Dominion Bilbao Basket keeps Todorovic for another season - 6 days ago

Dominion Bilbao Basket (Liga Endesa) re-signed 22-year old Serbian-Bosnian forward Dejan Todorovic (198-89kg-94). He has played there for the last two seasons. In 23 Liga Endesa games he averaged just 2.3ppg and 1.8rpg last season. Todorovic helped them to make it to the semifinals. He also played 14 games in Eurocup where he had 3.4ppg and 1.6rpg. Defending champion BC Igokea Aleksandrovac (Division I) landed 26-year old American guard Brandon Fortenberry (190-84kg-90, college: SE Louisiana, agency: BeoBasket). He played most recently at Balkan in Bulgarian NBL league. In 33 games he averaged 13.4ppg, 4.0rpg, 2.7apg and 1.2spg last season. Fortenberry helped them to make it to the final after they ended regular season as second best team.
