Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top performances of Bosnians who are currently playing abroad.

   #1. This week's number one is an international guard Zack Wright (195-85, college: Central Mo., currently plays in Russia). He was the major contributor in a Spartak St.Petersburg's victory against the sixth-ranked Unics Kazan (3-5) 84-68 in the Russian PBL in Sunday night's game. Wright scored 15 points and added 7 assists (was perfect 5-for-5 from the free throw line) in 27 minutes on the court. Spartak St.Petersburg (7-3) is placed second in the PBL. This year Wright averages: 6.7ppg, 3.1rpg, 3.0apg, 2FGP: 58.6%(17-29) and FT: 90.9% in the seven games he played so far. He is a naturalized American. Wright is currently a member of the Bosnia and Herzegovina senior national team. Strangely he has never played in Bosnia.

   #2. Second place goes to an international forward Nihad Djedovic (198-90, agency: Beo Basket, currently plays in Euroleague), who plays in Germany. Djedovic could not help ALBA Berlin (0-4) in their last game. Despite his very good performance the eighth-placed ALBA Berlin lost 73-79 on the road to the higher-ranked (#4) Panathinaikos in the group E of Euroleague. Djedovic was the top scorer with 21 points. He also added 4 rebounds in 26 minutes. So far ALBA Berlin lost all four games in the Top 16. It's Djedovic's first season with the team. This year Djedovic's overall stats are: 8.5ppg, 3.1rpg, 1.7apg, 1.2spg, 2FGP: 40.8%, 3FGP: 27.6% and FT: 68.3% in the 13 games. He is in the roster of the Bosnia and Herzegovina senior national team.

   #3. The Bosnia and Herzegovina player who performed third best last week abroad was an international forward Mirza Teletovic (206-85, also represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in NBA). Teletovic contributed to a Brooklyn Nets' victory against the Toronto Raptors (15-26) 113-106 in the NBA in Tuesday night's game. He recorded 10 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists in 22 minutes. The Brooklyn Nets have 24-16 record this season. This year Teletovic's total stats are: 3.2ppg, 1.4rpg, 2FGP: 43.5%, 3FGP: 34.0% and FT: 75.0% in the 22 games. He is also a member of the Bosnia and Herzegovina senior national team.

An experienced shooting guard Ivan Opacak (201-80, agency: INVICTUS Sports Group, currently plays in VTB United League) led his Polish team PGE Turow to a victory against the closely-ranked Azovmash (2-10) 78-69 in the VTB United League on Monday night. Opacak scored 18 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 34 minutes. PGE Turow Zgorzelec (3-9) is placed ninth in group A. They ended the series of four consecutive loses. Opacak has averaged so far 7.4ppg and 3.3rpg in the 11 games. He has a dual citizenship: Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatian. Opacak is also Bosnia and Herzegovina national team player.

   #5. Former international point guard Zlatko Jovanovic (181-84, another player represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Romania) led Timisoara to a victory over the ninth-ranked Rovinari (9-9) 94-87 in the Romanian Liga Nationala in Saturday night's game. He was MVP of the game. Jovanovic scored 24 points and added 7 passes (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line) in 32 minutes. BC Timisoara (13-5) is placed third in the Liga Nationala. His team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And that game will be critical. Jovanovic belongs to league's top scorers (ranked #6) and also on the list of best passers (third place). He has individually a very good year with high stats. Jovanovic averages: 16.6ppg, 2.3rpg and 6.4apg in the 18 games. He used to play for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team four years ago.

   #6. Guard Nemanja Mitrovic (197-90, college: Portland, currently plays in Greece), who plays in the Greek A1 was not able to help Kavala (3-10) in their last game. Despite Mitrovic's very good performance Kavala lost 79-88 in Rethymno to the much higher-ranked (#5) AGOR. He was the top scorer with 24 points in 33 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Mitrovic's third season in pro basketball. Mitrovic has averaged so far 7.7ppg, 2.6rpg and 1.1apg in the 13 games. He is an international player who is currently on the senior Bosnia and Herzegovina National Team roster.

Former international power forward Ratko Varda (215-79, another player represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Adriatic League) helped his Serbian team Radnicki KG win their game against the closely-ranked MZT Skopje (10-8) 89-83 in the Adriatic League in Monday night's game. Varda scored 20 points. Radnicki Kragujevac (10-8) is placed sixth in the Adriatic League. Varda has relatively good stats this season: 10.5ppg and 3.1rpg. He used to play for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team two years ago.

Power forward Emir Sulejmanovic (204-95, currently plays in Adriatic League) helped his Slovenian team Un.Olimpija win their game against the closely-ranked KK Zadar (7-11) 88-81 in the Adriatic League in Sunday night's game. He scored 8 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 15 minutes. Union Olimpija Ljubljana (9-9) is placed eighth in the Adriatic League. Sulejmanovic has averaged so far 5.0ppg, 2.5rpg and 1.5spg in the two games. Despite he played previously for the Finnish U16 national team, Sulejmanovic is currently in the Bosnia and Herzegovina U18 national team roster.

International center Kenan Bajramovic (205-81, currently plays in Eurocup) helped his Turkish team Banvit BK win their game against the closely-ranked Buducnost (1-1) 89-80 in the Eurocup in Wednesday night's game. He scored 7 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. Banvit Basketbol Kulubu (1-1) is placed second in group I. There are only four games left until the end of the Eurocup Top 16. So now every game is very crucial. Bajramovic has averaged so far 7.8ppg, 6.3rpg and 1.5apg. He is also in the roster of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.

   #10. Center Ognjen Kuzmic (215-90, currently plays in Spain) helped FIATC Joventut edge the closely-ranked Blusens Monbus (9-9) 89-87 in the Spanish ACB last Sunday. Kuzmic scored 10 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. FIATC Joventut Badalona (9-9) is placed ninth in the ACB. Kuzmic has averaged so far 7.1ppg and 5.8rpg. He is an international player who is currently on the senior Bosnia and Herzegovina National Team roster.

   #11. International forward Ante Masic (200-85, agency: Interperformances, currently plays in Adriatic League) was not able to secure a victory for Cedevita in their game against Zvezda in the Adriatic League. Masic scored 6 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 30 minutes. His team was crushed by 25 points 90-65. Masic has averaged so far 5.0ppg and 2.3rpg in the three games. He plays currently for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.

   #12. International guard Muhamed Pasalic (192-87, currently plays in Greece) was the main contributor in Aris' victory against the 11th-ranked Kolossos crushing them 75-52 in the Greek A1 in Saturday night's game. Pasalic was the best player in that game. He recorded 14 points and added 5 assists. This season Pasalic has relatively solid stats: 11.7ppg, 2.5rpg and 2.3apg. He is also in the roster of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.

   #13. International center Nedzad Sinanovic (221-83, currently plays in Spain) helped Blancos de Rueda win their n overtime game against the seventh-ranked CAI Zaragoza 93-88 in the Spanish ACB last Sunday. Sinanovic scored 12 points, grabbed 6 rebounds and made 2 blocks in a mere 17 minutes. Sinanovic has averaged so far 7.8ppg and 4.6rpg in the 17 games. He is also Bosnia and Herzegovina national team player.

   #14. Former international forward Mujo Tuljkovic (203-79, another player represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Romania) is a teammate of previously mentioned Zlatko Jovanovic and both played together in the last Romanian Liga Nationala game. Tuljkovic helped Timisoara win their game against the ninth-ranked Rovinari 94-87. He scored 17 points. It was his first game for Timisoara this season. Tuljkovic used to play for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team back in 2011.

   #15. International point guard Nemanja Gordic (192-88, currently plays in Adriatic League) helped his Serbian team Partizan win their game against the closely-ranked Buducnost 63-50 in the Adriatic League in Saturday night's game. He scored 6 points. Gordic has averaged so far 6.7ppg and 1.6apg. He is also in the roster of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.


The list of other players, who all have Bosnia and Herzegovina passport but never been selected to any of Bosnia and Herzegovina national teams:

   #1. Bojan Bogdanovic (203-SG-89, currently plays in Euroleague), who plays in Turkey could not help Fenerbahce Ulker (0-4) in their last game on Friday. Despite Bogdanovic's very good performance the seventh-placed Fenerbahce Ulker was crushed 97-75 on the road by the leading Caja Laboral in the group F of Euroleague. He was the second best scorer with 16 points (made all of his eight free throws). Bogdanovic has relatively good stats this season: 13.5ppg and 1.9rpg. He has a dual citizenship: Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatian.

   #2. Suad Sehovic (196-G/F-87, currently plays in EuroChallenge), who plays in Ukraine was not able to help Khimik (0-1) in their last game on Tuesday. Despite Sehovic's very good performance Khimik (#3) was edged 93-90 in Bursa by the leading Tofas in the group K of EuroChallenge. He was the top scorer with 21 points. Sehovic also added 9 rebounds. Sehovic has relatively good stats this season: 11.1ppg, 6.6rpg and 1.3apg. He is another player who holds two passports: Montenegrin and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

   #3. Damir Markota (209-F-85, currently plays in Euroleague), who plays in Turkey was not able to secure a victory for Besiktas (0-4) in their last game. Despite Markota's good performance Besiktas (#8) lost 59-73 at home to the higher-ranked (#4) Regal FC Barcelona in the group F of Euroleague. He recorded 13 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in 35 minutes. So far Besiktas lost all four games in the Top 16. This year Markota's total stats are: 9.3ppg, 5.5rpg and 1.6apg in the 14 games he played so far. He has both Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatian nationalities.

   #4. Goran Suton (208-C-85, college: Michigan St., currently plays in Adriatic League) was the major contributor in Cedevita's victory against the eighth-ranked Un.Olimpija (9-9) 73-67 in the Adriatic League on Saturday night. Suton scored 12 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. KK Cedevita Zagreb (10-8) is placed fourth in the Adriatic League. It was his team's first victory after three consecutive loses. Suton's total stats this season are: 4.4ppg and 2.2rpg. He also holds two passports: Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatian.

   #5. Stanko Barac (216-C-86, currently plays in Euroleague) contributed to an easy victory against the seventh-ranked Brose Baskets Bamberg (0-4) 94-76 in the Euroleague last Thursday. Barac recorded 10 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. Anadolu Efes Istanbul (3-1) is placed third in group E. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. Barac has averaged so far 4.9ppg and 3.6rpg. Similarly like Suton and Markota above he holds both Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatian passports.

   #6. Mirza Begic (217-C-85, currently plays in Spain) contributed to an easy victory against the 11th-ranked Unicaja Malaga crushing them 91-67 in the Spanish ACB in Sunday night's game. He scored 8 points. Begic has averaged so far 5.2ppg, 2.9rpg and 1.1bpg. He has dual citizenship: Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenian.

   #7. Toni Bizaca (202-F-82, currently plays in Sweden) led Sodertalje Kings to a victory over the eighth-ranked LF Basket 94-79 in the Swedish Basketligan last Saturday. Bizaca was MVP of the game. He recorded 26 points (!!!) and grabbed 4 rebounds in 24 minutes. Bizaca is currently eighth on the list of top scorers with 16.4ppg. This year he also averages: 4.8rpg, 1.5apg and 1.1spg in the 20 games.

   #8. Seid Hajric (203-F-83, currently plays in Poland) contributed to a 3-point Anwil's victory against the eighth-ranked Polpharma 90-87 in the Polish TBL on Saturday night. Hajric scored 19 points (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line). He has relatively good stats this season: 12.9ppg and 6.1rpg. Hajric has Bosnia and Herzegovina and Polish nationalities.

   #9. Experienced Sasha Topchov (206-C-80, currently plays in Romania) contributed to Oradea's victory against the tenth-ranked CSU Sibiu 83-76 in the Romanian Liga Nationala last Sunday. Topchov scored 21 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. He has relatively good stats this season: 13.1ppg and 4.4rpg.

   #10. Zoran Planinic (198-G-82, currently plays in Euroleague) managed to help BC Khimky Moscow Region in a victory against the sixth-ranked Maccabi T-A crushing them 88-67 in the Euroleague last Friday. Planinic recorded only 4 points and added 6 passes in 25 minutes. Planinic is currently second on the list of best passers with 5.8apg. This year he also averages: 12.6ppg, 3.5rpg and 1.1spg in the 13 games. Planinic holds both Croatian and Bosnia and Herzegovina passports.
