Damir Zeleznik (185-G-80) and Ramiz Suljanovic (205-F/C-79) won the Cup in Austria. Their Xion Dukes Klosterneuburg overcame BC Vienna 72:59. Damir Zeleznik and Kevin Payton scored 15 points each to pace the charge.
The teams stayed neck and neck throughout the first frame. The scoreboard read 14:14 after ten minutes. Klosterneuburg aggressive defence started to pay off in the second frame. They held BC Vienna to 11 points in the quarter to establish a 28:25 halftime lead. The Dukes stretched the lead in the third term. Klosterneuburg outscored their opponents 18:17 to ensure a 4-point lead before the fourth frame. The Dukes went on an 11:0 run early in the final period to clear off for good. BC Vienna could not recover in the reminder of the contest and surrendered at the end. Moritz Lanegger notched 11 points and 6 boards for the winners. Stjepan Stazic answered with 17 points for BC Vienna. Shawn Ray had 14 points in defeat.
Earlier Klosterneuburg sealed their Final appearance a bit later. They overcame Raiffesen Wels in a tough battle. Wels dominated in the first ten minutes of the game. They ensured a 29:17 lead at the first break. The Dukes were able to cut the deficit to two points at the interval 45:47. Klosterneuburg pulled ahead in the third term. They snatched a 71:63 lead with ten minutes remaining. The Dukes hung on in the final period to secure the winning outcome 85:77 at the end. Ramiz Suljanovic netted 24 points for the Dukes. Jason Chappell added 16 points in the victory. Davor Lamesic responded with 21 points for Wels.

OKK Spars Sarajevo (Division I) confirmed in their roster 31-year old international small forward Dalibor Persic (196-85, agency: Court Side). He was a team leader there last season. In 9 Division I games he had very impressive stats: 18.3ppg, 4.3rpg, 1.8apg and 1.6spg. Zlatorog Lasko (Liga Nova KBM) signed 29-year old Bosnian forward Ramo Rizvic (200-87). He played last season at KK Student Mostar in Bosnia and Herzegovina Division I. In 21 games he had very impressive stats: 20.4ppg, 8.7rpg and 3.9apg. Zlatorog brings back Ramo Rizvic - 18 hours ago

After a decade apart, Zlatorog Lasko and Bosnian Ramo Rizvic(200-F-87) have reunited. Rizvic arrives from Student Mostar, where he averaged 20.4 points, 8.7 rebounds, 3.9 assists, 0.8 steals and 0.1 blocks in 21 Bosnian League games last season. Rizvic grew up with Celik Zenica and in 2005 moved to Zlatorog Lasko, where he played just one Adriatic League game. Then he returned to Bosnia to Kakanj .
