We bring you last week's top performances from Bosnians who are playing abroad and who all have had prior experience of national team duties at youth or senior level.

   #1. This week's number one is an international guard Zack Wright (195-85, college: Central Mo., currently plays in VTB United League), who plays in Russia. Wright could not help Spartak St.Petersburg (10-3) in their last game on Monday. Despite his very good performance the second-placed Spartak St.Petersburg was defeated 72-60 on the road by the lower-ranked Khimky (#3) in the group A of VTB United League. Wright was the top scorer with 17 points. He also added 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 steals. This season Wright averages: 8.3ppg, 3.2rpg, 3.8apg, 1.5spg, 2FGP: 64.2%(43-67) and FT: 75.9%. He is a naturalized American. Wright is currently a member of the Bosnia and Herzegovina senior national team. Strangely he has never played in Bosnia.

   #2. Second place goes to an international center Kenan Bajramovic (205-81, currently plays in Turkey). He contributed to a 2-point Banvit BK's victory against the league outsider Olin Edirne (3-14) 69-67 in the Turkish TBL on Sunday night. Bajramovic scored 7 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 19 minutes. Banvit Basketbol Kulubu (15-2) is placed second in the TBL. It was his team's eighth consecutive victory in a row. This year Bajramovic's overall stats are: 8.0ppg, 4.7rpg, 2FGP: 39.1%, 3FGP: 42.5% and FT: 79.3% in the 16 games he played so far. He is in the roster of the Bosnia and Herzegovina senior national team.

The Bosnia and Herzegovina player who performed third best last week abroad was an experienced former international guard Ernest Bremer (194-80, agency: Higher Vision Sports, college: St.Bonaventure, currently plays in Italy). Bremer contributed to an easy victory against the league outsider Air Avellino (4-14) crushing them 108-57 in the Italian SerieA in Sunday night's game. He scored 10 points. EA7 Emporio Armani Milano (11-7) is placed sixth in the SerieA. It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. It's Bremer's first season with the team. Bremer's total stats this year are: 5.1ppg, 2.3rpg, 2.9apg, 1.1spg, 3FGP: 22.6%. He is a naturalized American. Bremer played for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team two years ago. He used to play for Bosna ASA BH Telecom Sarajevo in Bosnia and Herzegovina league.

   #4. Forward Nihad Djedovic (198-90, agency: Beo Basket, currently plays in Germany) was not able to help ALBA Berlin (12-7) in their game against Bayern Muenchen (15-7) in the German BBL. Djedovic was the second best scorer with 9 points. He also added 6 rebounds in 29 minutes. But ALBA Berlin was badly defeated 79-61 in Muenchen by the second-ranked Bayern. Djedovic has relatively good stats this year: 10.6ppg, 3.8rpg and 1.8apg in the 17 games. He is also Bosnia and Herzegovina national team player.

International shooting guard Ivan Opacak (201-80, agency: INVICTUS Sports Group, currently plays in VTB United League), who plays in Poland was not able to secure a victory for PGE Turow (3-11) in their last game on Sunday. Despite Opacak's good performance PGE Turow (#9) was defeated 81-77 in Samara by the leading Krasnie Krilya in the group A of VTB United League. He recorded 10 points. There are only four games left until the end of the VTB United League Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Opacak's total stats this season are: 7.9ppg and 3.2rpg. He has a dual citizenship: Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatian. Opacak plays currently for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.

Forward Ante Masic (200-85, agency: Interperformances, currently plays in Adriatic League) contributed to Cedevita's victory against the league leader Igokea (15-5) 64-56 in the Adriatic League on Sunday night. He scored 6 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 19 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. KK Cedevita Zagreb (12-8) is placed fourth in the Adriatic League. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. This year Masic's total stats are: 5.8ppg and 2.8rpg in the five games. He is an international player who is currently on the senior Bosnia and Herzegovina National Team roster.

Jeftic recorded 13 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 32 minutes. KK Vrsac (10-9) is placed sixth in the A League. This year Jeftic has relatively solid stats: 10.5ppg and 3.8rpg in the four games. He used to play for the Bosnia and Herzegovina U18 national team six years ago.

   #8. Guard Muhamed Pasalic (192-87, currently plays in Greece) was the major contributor in Aris' victory against the tenth-ranked Ilysiakos (5-11) 64-62 in the Greek A1 in Saturday night's game. Pasalic recorded 14 points in 24 minutes. Aris Thessaloniki (8-8) is placed fifth in the A1. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. Pasalic has reliable stats this year: 12.4ppg, 2.4rpg and 2.4apg in the 16 games. He plays currently for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.

Former international point guard Terell Castle (182-72, agency: Court Side, college: Nicholls St., currently plays in Sweden), who plays in the Swedish Basketligan couldn't help Eco Orebro (5-21) in their last game on Tuesday. Despite Castle's very good performance Eco Orebro was defeated 86-81 in Jamtland by the higher-ranked KFUM (#9). He was the top scorer with 27 points. Castle also added 4 rebounds and dished 7 assists. Castle is currently second on the league's list of best passers and also on the list of most steals (third place). He has individually a very good season with high stats. Castle averages: 16.7ppg, 3.6rpg, 5.6apg and 1.9spg. He is a naturalized American. Castle used to play for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team six years ago. He played also for BC Igokea Partizan Aleksandrovac in Bosnia and Herzegovina league.

   #10. Forward Adnan Hodzic (203-88, college: Lipscomb, currently plays in Switzerland), who plays in the Swiss LNA couldn't help Monthey (10-8) in their last game. Despite Hodzic's very good performance Monthey was edged in an overtime 73-71 on the opponent's court by the lower-ranked (#6) Neuchatel. He had a double-double by scoring 21 points and getting 13 rebounds in 37 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only Hodzic's second season in pro basketball. It was Monthey's fourth consecutive loss in a row. The Regular Season already ended. Hodzic is currently seventh on the league's list of top scorers with 17.4ppg. This year his other stats are: 6.7rpg and 1.6apg in the 17 games. Hodzic is a former international player as two years ago he still played for the Bosnia and Herzegovina senior national team.

   #11. International guard Goran Ikonic (196-80, also represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Ukraine) contributed to Halychyna's victory against the closely-ranked Khimik 80-72 in the Ukrainian Superleague in Sunday night's game. He recorded 8 points and added 3 passes. Ikonic has averaged so far 8.2ppg, 3.1rpg and 1.3apg. He plays currently for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.

   #12. International forward Mirza Teletovic (206-85, another player represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in NBA) couldn't help the Brooklyn Nets in their game against the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA. Teletovic cannot count Tuesday's game as one of the best ones. He recorded only 3 points. His team were defeated 92-83 in the NBA. Teletovic has averaged so far 3.2ppg and 1.4rpg. He is also in the roster of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.

   #13. Former international forward Mujo Tuljkovic (203-79, another player represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Romania) couldn't help Timisoara in their game against Pitesti in the Romanian Liga Nationala. Tuljkovic scored 8 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 29 minutes. His team lost 65-76. He has averaged so far 8.5ppg, 3.8rpg and 1.3apg in the four games. Tuljkovic used to play for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team two years ago.

   #14. International guard Nemanja Mitrovic (197-90, college: Portland, currently plays in Greece) couldn't help Kavala in their game against Panionios in the Greek A1. He recorded 9 points and added 3 passes. His team was badly defeated by 17 points 88-71. Mitrovic has averaged so far 9.0ppg, 2.6rpg and 1.1apg. He plays currently for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.

   #15. Former U16 international forward Dejan Todorovic (94, currently plays in Spain), who plays in the Spanish LEB Silver (third division) couldn't help Clinicas Rincon (9-6) in their last game. Despite Todorovic's good performance Clinicas Rincon lost 75-83 in Vitoria-Gasteiz to the lower-ranked (#6) Aurteneche Maquinaria Euskadi. He was the top scorer with 14 points in 28 minutes. Todorovic averaged so far 12.8ppg, 3.5rpg and 1.3apg in the 15 games. He used to play for the Bosnia and Herzegovina U16 national team four years ago.


The list of other players, who all have Bosnia and Herzegovina passport but never been selected to any of Bosnia and Herzegovina national teams:

   #1. Bojan Bogdanovic (203-SG-89, currently plays in Turkey) led Fenerbahce Ulker to a victory over the seventh-ranked TED Kolejliler (9-8) 92-74 in the Turkish TBL in Sunday night's game. He was MVP of the game. Bogdanovic scored 25 points and added 3 assists in 29 minutes. Fenerbahce Ulker Istanbul (15-2) is placed first in the TBL. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. Bogdanovic has relatively good stats this year: 14.6ppg, 2.5rpg and 1.6apg in the 17 games he played so far. He has a dual citizenship: Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatian.

   #2. Zoran Planinic (198-G-82, currently plays in Russia), who plays in the Russian PBL could not help Khimky (8-3) in their last game. Despite Planinic's good performance Khimky lost 70-76 on the road to the lower-ranked (#7) Unics Kazan. He scored 13 points and added 5 assists in 30 minutes. It was Khimky's first loss after nine consecutive victories. Planinic is currently ninth on the league's list of top scorers and also on the list of best passers (first place). He has very reliable stats this year: 13.9ppg, 3.1rpg and 5.6apg in the seven games. Planinic is another player who holds two passports: Croatian and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

   #3. Mirza Begic (217-C-85, currently plays in Spain) contributed to an easy victory against the sixth-ranked Gescrap BB (12-8) crushing them 94-74 in the Spanish ACB in Sunday night's game. He scored 8 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. Real Madrid (19-1) is placed first in the ACB. It was his team's fifth consecutive victory in a row. Begic's overall stats this season are: 5.4ppg and 2.9rpg. He has both Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenian nationalities.

   #4. Bojan Sarcevic (190-G-88, currently plays in Finland) was the main contributor in KTP-Basket's victory against the ninth-ranked Lapuan Korikobrat (9-20) 77-64 in the Finnish Korisliiga last Wednesday. Sarcevic was MVP of the game. He scored 25 points, grabbed 4 rebounds and dished 4 assists in 38 minutes. KTP Basket Kotka (23-6) is placed first in the Korisliiga. It was his team's ninth consecutive victory in a row. Sarcevic has relatively good stats this year: 11.7ppg, 3.5rpg, 3.3apg and 1.5spg in the 29 games.

   #5. Stanko Barac (216-C-86, currently plays in Turkey) contributed to an easy victory against one of league's weakest teams Hacettepe (3-14) crushing them 91-61 in the Turkish TBL on Monday night. He scored 6 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. Anadolu Efes Istanbul (14-3) is placed fifth in the TBL. Barac's overall stats this season are: 3.9ppg and 2.1rpg. He also holds two passports: Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatian.

   #6. Goran Suton (208-C-85, college: Michigan St., currently plays in Adriatic League) contributed to Cedevita's victory against the league leader Igokea 64-56 in the Adriatic League in Sunday night's game. Suton scored 8 points and grabbed 8 rebounds in 23 minutes. This year Suton's overall stats are: 4.7ppg and 2.7rpg in the 18 games. He has dual citizenship: Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatian.

   #7. Toni Bizaca (202-F-82, currently plays in Sweden), who plays in the Swedish Basketligan was not able to help one of league's weakest teams Sodertalje Kings (16-7) in their last game on Tuesday. Despite Bizaca's very good performance Sodertalje Kings was defeated 78-70 in Solna by the higher-ranked Vikings (#4). He was the top scorer with 24 points. Bizaca also added 4 rebounds. Bizaca is currently seventh on the league's list of top scorers. He has individually a very good season with high stats. Bizaca averages: 17.1ppg, 4.6rpg and 1.5apg.

   #8. Suad Sehovic (196-G/F-87, currently plays in Ukraine) contributed to an overtime Khimik's victory against the closely-ranked Cherkasy 93-87 in the Ukrainian Superleague last Friday. Sehovic scored 12 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 22 minutes. He has relatively good stats this year: 11.3ppg, 5.1rpg and 1.2apg in the 28 games. Sehovic holds both Montenegrin and Bosnia and Herzegovina passports.

   #9. Miroslav Todic (205-F-85, currently plays in Italy), who plays in the Italian Lega2 (second division) was not able to secure a victory for LeGamberi Foods Forli (8-9) in their last game on Sunday. Despite his very good performance LeGamberi Foods Forli was defeated 81-77 in Barcellona by the leading Sigma. Todic recorded a double-double by scoring 21 points and getting 11 rebounds. He also added and 3 steals. Todic is currently second on the league's list of best rebounders. This season he has very high stats. Todic averages: 15.8ppg and 9.9rpg. He has Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbian nationalities.

   #10. Nikola Jeftic (202-F-85, currently plays in Serbia) was the major contributor in an OKK Beograd's victory against the closely-ranked Borac crushing them 85-60 in the Serbian A League in Sunday night's game. Jeftic recorded a double-double by scoring 13 points and getting 10 rebounds. He also added 5 assists. This season Jeftic has relatively solid stats: 11.6ppg, 3.9rpg, 1.1apg and 1.4spg. He has dual citizenship: Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbian.

BC Igokea Aleksandrovac (Division I) re-signed 28-year old Serbian forward Danilo Sibalic (204-103kg-88, agency: Beo Basket). He played there last season. In 15 Division I games he recorded 9.9ppg and 4.6rpg. He helped them to win the league title and the cup. Sibalic also played at Smederevo (KLS) in Serbian league that season. Sead Galijasevic (Wasserman Media) was active in past week on Bosnian market as they signed two prospect from this country. First player they signed was Edin Atic (201-G/F-97) from Spars Sarajevo, who started this season in AEK (Greece) but he moved to Bosnian team and in this season he played 12 games with avereging 7.3 points per game and 6.7 rebounds.
