Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top performances of Bosnians who are currently playing abroad.

   #1. This week's number one is an international guard Zack Wright (195-85, college: Central Mo., currently plays in Eurocup). He led his Russian team Spartak St.Petersburg to a victory over the leader Budivelnyk (4-2) 83-72 in the Eurocup last Wednesday. Wright was MVP of the game. He recorded 18 points, 7 assists and 3 steals. It was the game of the round between two top 2 ranked teams in group K. Spartak St.Petersburg (3-3) is placed second. Wright belongs to league's best passers (ranked #5) and also on the list of most steals (fourth place). He has very reliable stats this season: 11.2ppg, 3.3rpg, 5.5apg, 1.7spg, 2FGP: 71.4%(55-77) and FT: 73.9%. Wright is a naturalized American. He is currently a member of the Bosnia and Herzegovina senior national team. Strangely Wright has never played in Bosnia.

   #2. Second place goes to an experienced former international guard Ernest Bremer (194-80, agency: Higher Vision Sports, college: St.Bonaventure, currently plays in Italy). Bremer contributed to an overtime Armani Milano's victory against the closely-ranked Umana Venezia (11-11) 97-88 in the Italian SerieA in Sunday night's game. He recorded 12 points in 24 minutes. EA7 Emporio Armani Milano (14-8) is placed fifth in the SerieA. It's Bremer's first season with the team. This year Bremer averages: 5.9ppg, 1.7rpg, 2.3apg, 2FGP: 54.5%, 3FGP: 28.3% and FT: 66.7% in the 11 games he played so far. He is a naturalized American. Bremer played for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team in 2011. He used to play for Bosna ASA BH Telecom Sarajevo in Bosnia and Herzegovina league.

   #3. The Bosnia and Herzegovina player who performed third best last week abroad was an international forward Mirza Teletovic (206-85, agency: Beo Basket, currently plays in NBA). Teletovic managed to help Brooklyn Nets to win against the Washington Wizards (20-41) 95-78 in the NBA last Friday. He recorded 5 points and grabbed 8 rebounds. The Brooklyn Nets have 37-26 record this season. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. Teletovic's overall stats this season are: 3.5ppg, 1.8rpg, 2FGP: 42.9%, 3FGP: 32.2% and FT: 87.5%. He is also a member of the Bosnia and Herzegovina senior national team.

   #4. Forward Miralem Halilovic (205-91, currently plays in Croatia) contributed to a KK Zagreb's victory against the seventh-ranked KK Zabok (7-10) 85-72 in the Croatian A1 on Sunday night. Halilovic recorded 15 points and added 3 passes in a mere 17 minutes. KK Zagreb (13-4) is placed first in the A1. His team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. This year Halilovic's overall stats are: 5.3ppg, 1.7rpg and 1.3apg in the 10 games. He used to play for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team back in 2011.

Former U18 international forward Dejan Jeftic (200-89, currently plays in Serbia) was the major contributor in Vrsac's victory against the closely-ranked OKK Beograd (11-13) 95-84 in the Serbian A League in Saturday night's game. Jeftic scored 16 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. KK Vrsac (13-11) is placed sixth in the A League. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. Jeftic's total stats this season are: 10.0ppg and 3.4rpg. He used to play for the Bosnia and Herzegovina U18 national team six years ago.

Despite Jovanovic's very good performance Timisoara lost 79-89 on the road to the higher-ranked (#3) Ploiesti. He was the second best scorer with 23 points. Jovanovic also added 4 passes in 34 minutes. There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. Jovanovic belongs to league's top scorers (ranked #6) and also on the list of best passers (third place). He has individually a very good year with high stats. Jovanovic averages: 16.6ppg, 2.5rpg and 6.2apg in the 26 games. He is a former international player as he played for the Bosnia and Herzegovina senior team four years ago.

Former international center Esmir Rizvic (213-82, college: Texas Tech, currently plays in Slovenia), who plays in the Slovenian Telemach League was not able to help Maribor Messer (12-6) in their last game on Saturday. Despite Rizvic's very good performance Maribor Messer was defeated 87-80 at home by the lower-ranked Geoplin Slovan (#6). He was the top scorer with 15 points. Rizvic also added 6 rebounds and dished 3 assists. The Regular Season already ended. Rizvic is ranked seventh on the list of the top scorers in the league. This season he has very good stats: 13.7ppg and 6.4rpg. Rizvic used to play for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team four years ago.

Forward Nihad Djedovic (198-90, another player represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Euroleague), who plays in Germany was not able to secure a victory for ALBA Berlin (1-9) in their last game. Despite his good performance the seventh-placed ALBA Berlin lost 86-91 in Istanbul to the second-ranked Anadolu Efes in the group E of Euroleague. Djedovic recorded 11 points and added 6 passes in 25 minutes. It was ALBA Berlin's fifth consecutive loss in a row. There are only four games left until the end of the Euroleague Top 16. This year Djedovic's total stats are: 9.3ppg, 3.3rpg, 2.2apg and 1.2spg in the 19 games. He plays currently for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.

Bajramovic scored 5 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 23 minutes. Banvit Basketbol Kulubu (19-2) is placed first in the TBL. It was his team's 12th consecutive victory in a row. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. Popovic belongs to league's top scorers (ranked #2) and also on the list of best passers (first place). He has very impressive stats this year: 17.7ppg, 2.5rpg, 8.0apg and 1.5spg in the 17 games. Popovic is a former international player as four years ago he still played for the Bosnia and Herzegovina senior national team.

   #11. International center Nedzad Sinanovic (221-83, currently plays in Spain) couldn't help Blancos de Rueda in their game against Gescrap BB in the Spanish ACB, despite his very good performance in Saturday night's game. He scored 13 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 25 minutes. But his team lost 81-87. Sinanovic has averaged so far 7.4ppg and 4.1rpg in the 23 games. He plays currently for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.

   #12. International shooting guard Ivan Opacak (201-80, agency: INVICTUS Sports Group, currently plays in VTB United League) couldn't help PGE Turow in their game against BC Donetsk in the VTB United League. Despite his good performance in Monday night's game Opacak recorded 11 points. He has averaged so far 8.0ppg and 3.1rpg. Opacak is also in the roster of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.

   #13. Former international power forward Elvir Ovcina (212-76, agency: Interperformances, college: Syracuse, currently plays in Germany) couldn't help LTi 46ers in their game against Mitteldeutscher BC in the German BBL, despite his very good performance last Saturday. He had a double-double by scoring 17 points and getting 10 rebounds. Ovcina also added 4 assists in 37 minutes. But his team lost 76-89. Ovcina belongs to league's best rebounders and is ranked #5 with 7.0rpg. This year he also averages: 13.1ppg and 3.3apg in the 21 games. Ovcina used to play for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team eight years ago.

   #14. International point guard Sasa Vasiljevic (180-79, another player represented by Beo Basket, currently plays in Ukraine) couldn't help Halychyna in their game against Ferro-ZNTU in the Ukrainian Superleague. He scored 9 points and added 5 passes. His team was crushed by 25 points 87-62. Vasiljevic has averaged so far 8.2ppg, 1.6rpg and 4.0apg. He plays currently for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.

   #15. International point guard Nemanja Gordic (192-88, currently plays in Adriatic League) helped his Serbian team Partizan win their game against the league leader Igokea 73-64 in the Adriatic League last Sunday. Gordic scored only 4 points. He has averaged so far 5.3ppg, 1.2rpg and 1.6apg. Gordic is also in the roster of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team.


The list of other players, who all have Bosnia and Herzegovina passport but never been selected to any of Bosnia and Herzegovina national teams:

   #1. Bojan Bogdanovic (203-SG-89, currently plays in Euroleague), who plays in Turkey could not help Fenerbahce Ulker (2-8) in their last game. Despite his very good performance the seventh-placed Fenerbahce Ulker lost 85-94 on the road to the higher-ranked (#5) Maccabi T-A in the group F of Euroleague. Bogdanovic was the top scorer with 26 points. He also added 5 rebounds in 35 minutes. It was Fenerbahce Ulker's third consecutive loss in a row. There are only four games left until the end of the Euroleague Top 16. So now every game will be critical. Bogdanovic belongs to league's top scorers and is ranked #2 with 16.3ppg. He also averaged so far 2.2rpg and 1.2apg in the 20 games he played so far. Bogdanovic has a dual citizenship: Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatian.

   #2. Zoran Planinic (198-G-82, currently plays in VTB United League) led his Russian team Khimky to a victory against the ninth-ranked Azovmash (3-14) 91-77 in the VTB United League on Monday night. He had a double-double by scoring 12 points and making 10 passes in 24 minutes. BC Khimky Moscow Region (13-4) is placed first in group A. It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row. They will play only one more game in the VTB United League Regular Season. And now that game is very crucial. Planinic is ranked fifth on the list of the best passers in the league with 5.5apg. This year his other stats are: 10.9ppg and 3.0rpg in the 15 games. Planinic is another player who holds two passports: Croatian and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

   #3. Alen Trepalovac (214-C-85, currently plays in Croatia) led Vrijednosnice OS to a victory over the closely-ranked Krizevci (6-11) 79-70 in the Croatian A1 in Saturday night's game. He was the best player in that game. Trepalovac recorded a double-double by scoring 29 points and getting 13 rebounds. Vrijednosnice OS Darda (9-8) is placed fifth in the A1. His team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And now that game is quite important. This season Trepalovac averages: 9.3ppg and 5.6rpg. Similarly like Planinic and Bogdanovic above he has both Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatian nationalities. Despite Trepalovac's Bosnia and Herzegovina passport, he previously played for the Croatian U21 national team and is probably not eligible to play for the Bosnia and Herzegovina team.

   #4. Nikola Jeftic (202-F-85, currently plays in Balkan League), who plays in Serbia was not able to help OKK Beograd (0-4) in their last game. Despite Jeftic's very good performance the fourth-placed OKK Beograd lost 96-102 in Bar to the higher-ranked (#3) Mornar in the group D of Balkan League. He had a double-double by scoring 28 points and getting 12 rebounds in 34 minutes. So far OKK Beograd lost all four games in the Second Stage. There are only two games left until the end of the Balkan League Second Stage. So now every game will be important. Jeftic has relatively good stats this year: 11.3ppg and 5.4rpg in the nine games. He also holds two passports: Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbian.

   #5. Stanko Barac (216-C-86, currently plays in Euroleague) contributed to an Anadolu Efes' victory against the seventh-ranked ALBA Berlin (1-9) 91-86 in the Euroleague on Wednesday night. Barac recorded 9 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. Anadolu Efes Istanbul (8-2) is placed second in group E. There are only four games left until the end of the Euroleague Top 16. This season Barac averages: 4.6ppg and 3.3rpg. He has Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatian nationalities.

   #6. Goran Suton (208-C-85, college: Michigan St., currently plays in Adriatic League), who plays in Croatia was not able to secure a victory for Cedevita (13-11) in their last game. Despite Suton's good performance Cedevita was edged 77-76 at home by the leading Partizan. He scored 13 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 26 minutes. This year Suton averages: 5.5ppg and 2.8rpg in the 22 games. He has dual citizenship: Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatian.

   #7. Suad Sehovic (196-G/F-87, currently plays in Ukraine) was the major contributor in Khimik's victory against one of league's weakest teams DniproAzot 75-72 in the Ukrainian Superleague last Saturday. Sehovic scored 14 points and grabbed 7 rebounds (was perfect 5-for-5 from the free throw line). Sehovic has relatively good stats this season: 11.5ppg, 5.2rpg, 1.3apg and 1.2spg. He holds both Montenegrin and Bosnia and Herzegovina passports.

   #8. Marko Keselj (206-SF-88, agency: Beo Basket, currently plays in France), who plays in the French ProA couldn't help one of league's weakest teams Le Mans (13-9) in their last game. Despite Keselj's good performance Le Mans lost 81-88 in Villeurbanne to the higher-ranked (#4) ASVEL Lyon- Basket. He was the second best scorer with 14 points. Keselj also added 5 rebounds and 3 assists in 36 minutes. Keselj has relatively good stats this year: 14.3ppg, 7.0rpg and 1.3apg in the three games. He has Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbian nationalities.

   #9. Damir Markota (209-F-85, currently plays in Euroleague), who plays in Turkey couldn't help the league outsider Besiktas (0-10) in their last game on Friday. Despite Markota's good performance the eighth-placed Besiktas was defeated 83-73 on their home court in Istanbul by the higher-ranked Caja Laboral (#6) in the group F of Euroleague. He recorded 13 points. This season Markota averages: 9.2ppg, 5.4rpg and 1.5apg. He has dual citizenship: Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatian.

   #10. Mirza Begic (217-C-85, currently plays in Spain) contributed to a Real Madrid's victory against the closely-ranked Caja Laboral 100-92 in the Spanish ACB last Sunday. Begic scored 6 points in only 13 minutes. This year Begic averages: 5.0ppg and 2.8rpg in the 24 games. He holds both Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenian passports.

Jalen Brown joins KK Radnicki Gorazde! The team and coach Hasan Rikalo haven't rested even though they have started out the season strong and are currently undefeated. Mirza Delibasic "Kindje" (9.1.1954. - 8.12.2001.) It's been fifteen years since the best Bosnian player and FIBA Hall of Fame member, Mirza DELIBASIC passed away. 1) signed 31-year old Bosnian international power forward Miroslav Todic (205-110kg-85). He is a dual citizen owning also Bosnia and Herzegovina passport.
