There will be only one (last) round of the Second Stage in Division I.

An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Mostar. First ranked Igokea faced second-best Zrinjski HT. Guests from Aleksandrovac (8-1) defeated host Zrinjski HT (5-4) 85-80. Igokea dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Zrinjski HT's 24. The best player for the winners was American point guard James Robinson (190-94, college: Pittsburgh) who scored 18 points and 8 rebounds. Serbian forward Strahinja Micovic (205-92) chipped in 17 points and 5 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was the former international point guard Drasko Knezevic (186-93) who recorded 28 points. Defending champion maintains first place in I with 8-1 record. Zrinjski HT at the other side dropped to the third position with four games lost. Igokea are looking forward to face Sloboda Tuzla (#4) at home in the next round. Zrinjski HT will play against the league's second-placed Bosna-Royal in Sarajevo and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Bottom-ranked Kakanj (0-9) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 79-61 loss to fourth ranked Sloboda Tuzla (5-4) in Tuzla. It was a good game for American guard Devonte Brown (188-92, college: Indiana St.) who led his team to a victory with 18 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists. Enes Latifagic contributed with 15 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Croatian swingman Zeljko Palavra (194-82) answered with 17 points and 5 rebounds (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line) for Kakanj. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Sloboda Tuzla maintains fourth place in I with 5-4 record. Kakanj at the other side still closes the standings with nine games lost. Sloboda Tuzla will play against league's leader Igokea in Aleksandrovac in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Kakanj will play at home against Spars Sarajevo (#5) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
The game in Sarajevo was also quite interesting. Third ranked Bosna-Royal (6-3) played at the court of 5th ranked Spars Sarajevo (3-6). Bosna-Royal managed to secure a 4-point victory 80-76 on Saturday. Vladimir Djordjevic stepped up and scored 18 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. The best for the losing side was Stefan Djordjevic with 20 points. Spars Sarajevo's coach Marko Trbic rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Bosna-Royal moved-up to second place in I. Loser Spars Sarajevo keeps the fifth position with six games lost. Bosna-Royal will meet at home Zrinjski HT (#3) in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Spars Sarajevo will play against Kakanj and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
A very interesting game took place in Hadzici. It ended with only two-point home defeat of 10th ranked Bosnjak (2-5) to eleventh ranked Leotar (3-4) 88-86 in the game for the tenth place. Vladimir Aleksic nailed 29 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side. Leotar moved-up to tenth place in I. Bosnjak at the other side dropped to the bottom position with five games lost. Leotar's next round opponent will be higher ranked Siroki Primorka (#7) in Siroki Brijeg and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Bosnjak will play on the road against Mladost (#9) in Mrkonjic Grad and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

In the last game of round 9 In I Mladost was defeated by Gradjanski in Bijeljina 86-80.
The best stats of 9th round was 14 points, 16 rebounds and 5 assists by Milos Markovic of Gradjanski.

Zrinjski HT - Igokea 80-85

Vladimir Djordjevic (201) stepped up and scored 18 points and 6 rebounds for the winners and Montenegrin center Maksim Sturanovic (209-88, agency: 011 Sports) chipped in 14 points and 10 rebounds. The best for the losing side was Serbian center Stefan Djordjevic (206-89) with 20 points and Serbian guard Maksim Kovacevic (196-87) scored 17 points and 5 rebounds. Four Spars Sarajevo players scored in double figures. Spars Sarajevo's coach Marko Trbic rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Bosna-Royal moved-up to second place in I. We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams in Bijeljina where 8th ranked Mladost (3-4) was defeated by ninth ranked Gradjanski (4-4) 86-80. 27 personal fouls committed by Mladost helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Serbian swingman Milos Markovic (201-84, agency: 011 Sports) nailed a double-double by scoring 14 points, 16 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side and Serbian center Milorad Damjanac (205-82, college: S.Nazarene) accounted for 21 points and 5 rebounds. Five Gradjanski players scored in double figures. Serbian point guard Milijan Bocka (185-82) came up with 19 points, 5 assists and 4 steals and Serbian center Bojan Stanojevic (203-88) added 13 points and 10 rebounds respectively for Mladost in the defeat. Mladost's coach tested eleven players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Gradjanski moved-up to eighth place in I. Mladost at the other side dropped to the ninth position with four games lost. Gradjanski will have a break next round. Mladost will play at home against Bosnjak (#11) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
