Levski - Beroe 07 92-60 (1-0)
The game was mostly controlled by Levski. Beroe 07 managed to win fourth quarter 18-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Levski dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Beroe 07's 32. They outrebounded Beroe 07 39-28 including a 31-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great shooting night for Levski especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 66.7 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Juanita Ward (180-86, college: Syracuse, agency: Merit Sports) who helped to win the game recording 26 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. The former international forward Petya Djambazka (178-77) contributed with 16 points and 5 assists for the winners. Four Levski players scored in double figures. Forward Ralitsa Naneva (178-86) answered with 14 points and 5 rebounds and guard Marieta Karchovska (171-86) added 10 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for Beroe 07. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.

The game without a history. Montana 2003 led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Montana 2003 forced 28 Rilski Sportist turnovers. Strangely Rilski Sportist outrebounded Montana 2003 40-27 including 16 on the offensive glass. It was a very good performance for the former international guard Ivelina Vrancheva (175-80, agency: Ronsport) who helped to win the game recording 24 points and 4 assists. Haskovo 2012 (NBL) strengthened their roster with addition of experienced 35-year old power forward / center Tsvetomila Petrova (188-82). TG Neuss Tigers (2.Bundesliga) tabbed 18-year old Bulgarian forward Yanina Todorova (173-99). She has played for the last six years at the junior team of Cherno More in Bulgarian U22 League. She received also All-European Championships U18 Division B Honorable Mention award in 2017. Todorova played in the final of Bulgarian U16 Championships in 2012. O Sannois Saint Gratien (NF1) signed 24-year old Bulgarian center Hristina Tyutyundzhieva (190-93). She will still stay in France where she played last season at Avenir in the LF2. Tyutyundzhieva helped them to win the regular season and make it to the final. The previous (15-16) season she played at Tarbes Gespe Bigorre. In 22 games she recorded only 2.3ppg and 2.5rpg.
