Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top performances of Bulgarians who are currently playing abroad.

Jared Homan
Jared Homan
#1. This week's number one is former international center Jared Homan (206-83, college: Iowa St.). Homan led Bayern Muenchen to a victory over the closely-ranked Eisbaeren Bremerhaven (13-7) 86-73 in the German BBL last Saturday. He was MVP of the game. Homan recorded 19 points and blocked 3 shots. FC Bayern Muenchen (22-12) is placed fifth in the BBL. It was his team's sixth consecutive victory in a row. They will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And that game will be critical. It's Homan's first season with the team. Homan is ranked fourth on the list of the best rebounders in the league and also on the list of best blockers (fifth place). He has very reliable stats this season: 14.1ppg, 7.4rpg, 1.8apg, 1.4bpg, 2FGP: 47.3% and FT: 51.1%. Homan is a naturalized American. Despite he played previously for the USA national team, Homan played also for the Bulgarian national team in 2010. Strangely he has never played in Bulgaria.

Pero Antic
Pero Antic
#2. Second place goes to former international forward Pero Antic (210-82, agency: Beo Basket). Antic contributed to an easy victory against the fifth-ranked Panionios (14-10) 83-67 in a derby game in the Greek A1 on Tuesday night. He recorded 9 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 19 minutes. Olympiacos S.F.P. Pireus (23-1) is placed first in the A1. It was his team's 20th consecutive victory in a row. This year Antic averages: 7.3ppg, 4.7rpg, 2FGP: 55.1%(43-78), 3FGP: 30.8% and FT: 78.9% in the 26 games he played so far. He has a dual citizenship: FYR Macedonian and Bulgarian. Despite Antic played previously for the FYR Macedonian national team, he played also for the Bulgarian national team in 2010.

Dejan Ivanov
Dejan Ivanov
#3. The Bulgarian player who performed third best last week abroad was an international power forward Dejan Ivanov (205-86, also represented by Beo Basket). Ivanov was the main contributor in a Fabi Shoes Montegranaro's victory against the closely-ranked Otto Caserta (12-18) 96-85 in the Italian SerieA in Sunday night's game. He was the best player in that game. Ivanov recorded a double-double by scoring 24 points and getting 11 rebounds. Fabi Shoes Montegranaro (12-18) is placed 13th in the SerieA. They ended the series of four consecutive loses. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. Ivanov is ranked third on the list of the best rebounders in the league. This season he has very good stats: 13.1ppg, 8.0rpg, 1.3apg, 1.4spg, 2FGP: 53.0%, 3FGP: 27.7% and FT: 69.6%. Despite Ivanov played previously for the FYR Macedonian national team, he is currently a member of the Bulgarian senior national team.

#4. Point guard Kee Kee Clark (180-84, college: St.Peter's), who plays in the Italian SerieA could not help Umana Venezia (17-13) in their last game. Despite Clark's good performance Umana Venezia lost 61-72 at home to the lower-ranked (#10) Benetton Treviso. He was the top scorer with 13 points. Clark also added 4 rebounds and dished 3 assists in 31 minutes. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be important. Clark has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages: 15.1ppg, 2.3rpg, 2.8apg and 1.3spg in the 29 games. Clark is a naturalized American. Despite he played previously for the USA national team, Clark is currently in the Bulgarian national team roster. Apparently he has never played in Bulgaria.

International swingman Filip Videnov (196-80, agency: Interperformances, college: W.Kentucky), who plays in the Turkish TBL was not able to help Olin Edirne (8-22) in their last game on Sunday. Despite Videnov's very good performance Olin Edirne was badly defeated 72-56 on their home court in Edirne by the second-ranked Banvit BK. He was the top scorer with 16 points. Videnov also added 7 rebounds and dished 4 assists. The Regular Season already ended. Videnov has relatively good stats this season: 14.0ppg, 3.4rpg and 3.1apg. Despite he played previously for the USA national team, Videnov is currently in the Bulgarian national team roster.

Despite his good performance the second-placed Szolnok lost 60-64 on their home court in Szolnok to the second-ranked Besiktas in the group J of EuroChallenge. Nikolov was the top scorer with 13 points in 26 minutes. This year Nikolov has relatively solid stats: 10.9ppg, 2.7rpg and 1.6apg in the 19 games. He recorded 8 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. Lucentum Alicante (17-14) is placed seventh in the ACB. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be extremely important. Ivanov belongs to league's best rebounders and is ranked #2. He has very solid stats this season: 12.3ppg, 7.5rpg and 1.4apg. Despite Ivanov played previously for the USA national team, he is currently in the Bulgarian national team roster.

Blakney cannot count Friday's game as one of the best ones. He recorded only 3 points and added 3 assists. Lokomotiv was defeated 94-87 in Moscow by the leading CSKA. It was Lokomotiv's third consecutive loss in a row. Blakney's total stats this season are: 5.9ppg, 1.1rpg and 1.6apg. He is a naturalized American. Blakney used to play for the Bulgarian national team five years ago. However he has never played in Bulgaria.
