Tulsa Shock released 31-year old Bulgarian ex-international point guard Doneeka Hodges-Lewis (175-82, college: LSU, agency: LBM Management).
This season Hodges-Lewis played at Canik Bld (TKBL) in Turkish league. In 21 games she had 14.7ppg, 3.5rpg, 4.0apg and 1.6spg this season.
The last season she played at Pankup TED Kayseri Kolejspor (TKBL) in Turkish league. In 24 games she recorded 14.4ppg, 2.6rpg, 4.5apg and 1.1spg last season. She helped them to make it to the semifinals [read more]

The previous (10-11) season she played at Galatasaray (TKBL) in Turkish league. In 24 games she recorded 8.1ppg, 1.4rpg and 2.2apg that season. She contributed to her team winning the cup and make to league final. Hodges-Lewis also played 12 games in Euroleague where she recorded 6.2ppg, 1.6rpg, 2.1apg and 1.8spg. She also spent pre-season at Istanbul Universitesi (TKBL) in Turkish league that year. The list of the past achievements is quite long as Hodges-Lewis was voted Eurobasket.com EuroCup All-Imports Team in 2012. She also represented Bulgaria at the Qualifications to European Championships 2011 three years ago. Her stats at that event were 8 games: Score-2 (20.5ppg), 2.6rpg, 3.4apg, 1.3spg, FGP: 51.3%, 3PT: 36.6%, FT: 88.6%. Hodges-Lewis is quite experienced player. She has played also professionally in Greece, Israel, Italy (Umbertide and Pomezia), Poland and other WNBA teams (Indiana Fever, Los Angeles Sparks and Seattle Storm). Hodges-Lewis attended Louisiana State University until 2004 and it is her ninth season as a professional player.
