Montana 2003 overcame Beroe on the road to take 2-1 lead in the semis. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Beroe won third quarter 13-12. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Montana 2003 forced 19 Beroe turnovers. The best player for the winners was international Radostina Dimitrova (181-94) who scored 20 points and 5 steals. American center Leeza Burdgess (194-90, college: La Salle) chipped in 8 points and 13 rebounds. Four Montana 2003 players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American Monique Reid (185-90, college: Louisville, agency: Gamble Sports Management) who recorded a double-double by scoring 16 points, 14 rebounds and 6 assists and the other American import swingman Jazmine Perkins (178-89, college: Washington St.) added 15 points respectively. Beroe's coach Tatyana Gateva rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.

Haskovo 2012 eased into the title series as they swept Neftochimic. Haskovo 2012 outrebounded Neftochimic 46-22 including a 37-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. They shot the lights out from three nailing 12 long-distance shots on high 60.0 percentage. Haskovo 2012 players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Neftochimic's players. It was a good game for American center Chelsey Lee (193-89, college: Rutgers, agency: LBM Management) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. Bahamas center Waltiea Rolle (198-90, college: N.Carolina) contributed with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 13 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) for the winners. Slovenian center Tina Trebec (190-90) answered with 11 points and 6 rebounds and international center Gabriela Kostova (190-94) added 10 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Neftochimic. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
