Novi Zagreb-Gospic CO 89-75: After trailing 41-43 in the third quarter, Zagreb went on a 12-0 run and outscored defending champion 24-8 the rest of the quarter. Mirna Mazic (188-F-85, college: Richmond) scored 38 points (2P 11-16, 3P 3-4) and grabbed 10 rebounds, Emanuela Salopek added 15 points, Ana Cacic posted 13 points and Ivona Matic grabbed 10 rebounds. Gospic had more 3-point attempts (8-of-35) than 2-point attempt (15-of-32). Julie McBride collected 28 points including five 3-pointers, Eva Komplet came off the bench for 12 points and 10 rebounds, Marija Vrsaljko scored 12 points before leaving the game with an injury in the second quarter and Jelena Ivezic finished with 10 points.

Zadar-Rockwoll Pula 75-55: After tying at 9, Zadar went on a 29-14 run to take the control of the game. Pula cut the deficit to seven, but Zadar made a 19-6 run. Zorka Bilic scored 20 points and grabbed 14 rebounds, Antonija Erslan added 16 points, Lara Nikpalj had 14 and Davorka Balic netted 10 points. Pula was led by Tea Dikic with her 15 points, Martina Zubak scored 13 points and Ivan Dukic had 10 points.

A1 is at the halfway of the Regular Season and there are still another 11 rounds left. An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Zagreb. Second ranked Tresnjevka faced 3rd placed KK Zadar. Host Tresnjevka (9-1) smashed guests from Zadar (7-3) 79-58. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of KK Zadar.
