BK Iskra Svit (SBL) agreed terms with 32-year old Croatian forward Sasa Jankovic (204-94kg-84). It is actually his comeback to Svit as he played here before. Jankovic played last season at Esprit Kosice in Slovakian SBL league. In 30 games he had 9.8ppg, 4.8rpg and 1.4apg. He helped them to make it to the semifinals. Croatia - Canada 80:91 Canada victoriously tipped off their European tour. They beat Croatia in the friendly encounter in Novigrad. Philip Scrubb (190-G-92) stepped up with 27 points to pace the North American side. Canada sank 27 points in the first period to open a 6-point lead. Croatia narrowed the gap in the second frame. USK Praha (NBL) signed 26-year old Croatian center Mladen Primorac (211-103kg-90). He has played for the last two seasons at Rogaska in Slovenian Telemach League. In 29 games he had 8.7ppg, 5.6rpg and 1.7apg last season. The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others Primorac played in the final of Slovenian League in 2015.
