Novi Zagreb finished their pre-season action with a tough win over Dynamo Moscow. Sandra Mandir (177-G-77) stepped up with 22 points to lead the Croatian side. Novi Zagreb jumped to a 23:18 lead after ten minutes. Dynamo Moscow cut the deficit to just a single point at the interval 38:37. Dynamo Moscow surged ahead in the third term. They established a 58:52 lead at the final intermission. But Novi Zagreb managed to recover. They went on a 22:13 run in the final quarter and snatched the victory at the end. Latoya Williams (193-C-87, college: Chipola JC) posted 17 points, while Mirna Mazic (188-F-85, college: Richmond) added 11 in the win. Snezana Aleksic (172-G-89) and Tatiana Vidmer (191-C-86) answered with 16 points each for Dynamo Moscow.
