Novi Zagreb jumped to a 23:18 lead after ten minutes. Dynamo Moscow cut the deficit to just a single point at the interval 38:37. Dynamo Moscow surged ahead in the third term. They established a 58:52 lead at the final intermission. But Novi Zagreb managed to recover. They went on a 22:13 run in the final quarter and snatched the victory at the end. Latoya Williams (193-C-87, college: Chipola JC) posted 17 points, while Mirna Mazic (188-F-85, college: Richmond) added 11 in the win. The Baltic team earned a 21:9 lead midway through the period. Misura and Ana Lelas (183-G/F-83) pulled Croatia within 4 points at the end of the quarter 22:26. Croatia stayed close but failed to surge ahead in the second period. Lithuania secured a 45:43 halftime lead. But Rezan and Misura opened the second half with five straight points to put Croatia in front 48:45. The lead changed hands throughout the period before Iva Sliskovic gave Croatia a 68:64 advantage. They opened the fourth frame with five consecutive points to boost the gap at 9-point mark. The gap soon grew at double digits and the Croatian side rolled to the victory at the end.
