U ovom intervjuu razgovarao sam sa tajnikom KK "Podravac" Virje, gospodinom Dariom Senvaldom.
- nastavlja Senvald
3. Vi ste ekipa koja ima najvise domacih igraca i odredjenih igraca koji zajedno igraju skoro pa vec jedno desetljece, jeste li i dalje zadovoljni njihovom igrom, jer prosjek godina Vase ekipe nije narocito mlad?.
Djevojke u najvisem rangu, i sada mi u A1 ligi.

31-year old forward Ivan Novacic (201-F-85, agency: XL Basketball Agency) put on an amazing game in the last round for Jolly JBS and receives a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 22. He had the game-high 24 points adding seven rebounds and four assists for Jolly JBS in his team's victory, helping them to crush Alkar Sinj (#11, 6-16) with 25-point margin 101-76. Jolly JBS maintains the 4th position in Croatian league. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Jolly JBS will need more victories to improve their 17-5 record. Novacic turned to be Jolly JBS's top player in his first season with the team. Novacic has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in points (6th best: 18.4ppg), rebounds (4th best: 7.2rpg) and averages solid 57.9% FGP and 45.8% from behind 3-point line.
Second best performed player last round was Ryan Boatright (183-PG-92) of Cedevita. He is American guard in his first season at Cedevita. In the last game Boatright recorded impressive 24 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. Of course he led Cedevita to another comfortable win 103-85 over the lower-ranked Zabok (#9, 7-14) being unquestionably team leader. This victory allowed Cedevita to move up to 3rd position in the standings. His team's 17-5 record is not bad at all. Boatright is a newcomer at Cedevita and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.
Third place about best performers goes to forward Miralem Halilovic (205-F-91) of league's second-best GKK Sibenik. Halilovic showcased his all-around game by recording 20 points, eleven rebounds (!!!) and five assists in the last round. He was a key player of GKK Sibenik, leading his team to a 85-83 win against the lower-ranked KK Zagreb (#8, 10-11). GKK Sibenik is closer and closer to top of the standings. They will still need more victories. But 18-4 record is not that bad... Halilovic has a great season in Croatia. After 21 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 7.3rpg (3rd best). He also has 1.3bpg and FGP: 62.2%.
Other top performing players last week: 4. Sinisa Stemberger (196-G-79) of Skrljevo - 23 points, 3 rebounds and 8 assists 5. Ivan Ramljak (203-SF-90) of Zadar - 23 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists 6. Mauro Veljacic (183-PG-93) of Kvarner 2010 - 26 points, 2 rebounds and 6 assists 7. Martin Junakovic (193-PG-94) of KK Zagreb - 27 points and 8 assists 8.
