Coach Zirdum doesn't agree with certain decisions made by the Management, which resulted with him leaving. At the yesterday's meeting it was decided that coach Luka Bujas will take over Zirdum's role.
This 26-year-old has been coaching KK Krizevci U18 and U16 teams for the past three months and during that period the teams haven't lost a single game.

Croatia however needed a strong second period and grabbed a 28:27 halftime advantage. Croatia increased to 54:46 in the third period and then won the game by 14 points. Both teams nailed 21 points in the first period and then the second frame became decisive in the game. The hosts erupted for 49:39 lead at the halftime and never looked behind after. Croatia led 73:59 after three quarters, while Argentina looked better in the last stanza. The latter did their best to recover and managed to reduce to final 9 points. Martin Junakovic (185-PG-94, agency: XL Basketball Agency) top-scored for the winners with 21 points and Bender netted 18. Dominik Mavra (191-SG-94) delivered 13, whilst Tomislav Gabric (201-PF-95, agency: XL Basketball Agency) added 11.
