Radnicki had to go extra mile to snatch a home win over Cibona. The hosts survived two overtimes before posting an exhausting home win. Aleksandar Capin (186-PG-82, agency: Beo Basket) fired 32 points to lead Radnicki to the 12th win in the season.
Cibona enjoyed a confident start to the game. The Croatian team fired 28 points in the opening quarter to clear off to a 7-point lead. Radnicki struck right back cutting the deficit in the second quarter. The Serbian team got within a single point at the interval 46:47. However Cibona ran away once again. They piled up a 7-point lead before the fourth stanza. Cibona led by four points heading into the final minute of regulation but Terrico White drained a three-pointer and Aleksandar Capin sank two free throws to send the game into overtime. Cibona led throughout the bigger part of the first extra period but Radnicki came from behind once again as Aleksandar Capin proved deadly from the stripe in the key moment. The teams entered the second overtime. This time Matthew Bryan-Amaning (205-F-88, agency: Interperformances, college: Washington) opened it with four points in a row to set Radnicki in front. Cibona narrowed the deficit on several occasions but Steven Markovic (190-G-85) hit three free throws in the dying seconds and sealed the win for the hosts. He accounted for 15 points, while Matthew Bryan-Amaning contributed 14 points for the winners. Jerel Blassingame (175-PG-81, college: UNLV) answered with 20 points for Cibona. Andrija Zizic (207-C-80, agency: Beo Basket) topscored with 25 points and 9 rebounds in defeat.
