31-year old Croatian international swingman Jelena Ivezic (182-84, agency: ISM Basket) left Saces Mapei Napoli (Seria A1). In three games she had very impressive stats: 18.7ppg, 5.3rpg, 1.3apg and 1.7spg this season. Ivezic also played 6 games in Eurocup where she recorded 15.0ppg, 3.5rpg, 1.5apg and 2.2spg.
The last season she played at Passalacqua Spedizioni Ragusa (Serie A1). In 34 games she recorded 8.5ppg, 4.0rpg and 1.8spg. She helped them to make it to both league and cup finals after they ended regular season as second best team.
The previous (13-14) season Ivezic played at ZKK Zagreb (A2) in Croatian league. The team played in three different competitions (!!!) that year, and she had a chance to explore basketball on different levels. In 15 A2 games she recorded also remarkable stats: 16.1ppg, 5.3rpg, 4.8apg and 1.3spg in 2013-14 season. She contributed to her team winning the cup and make to league final. Quite impressive season as she was voted Eurobasket.com All-Croatian League Forward of the Year and named to 1st Team. Ivezic also played 6 games in Euroleague where she recorded 12.0ppg, 3.2rpg, 1.8apg and 1.0spg in 2013-14 season. She also played 7 games in Middle European League where she recorded high stats: 16.9ppg, 5.1rpg, 3.7apg and 1.4spg in 2013-14 season. Ivezic also played at Hatay Bsb in Turkish league that season. In 6 Eurocup games she recorded 7.3ppg, 2.3rpg and 2.0apg in 2013-14 season.
In 12-13 season she played at Ceyhan Bld (TKBL) in Turkish league. In 28 games she recorded 13.1ppg, 3.9rpg, 1.8apg and 1.4spg in 2012-13 season. She contributed to her team making it to the Turkish Cup Semifinals.
In 11-12 season Ivezic played at ZKK Gospic in Croatia. In 13 games she recorded 11.8ppg, 4.5rpg, 1.2apg and 1.2spg in 2011-12 season.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others she won Croatian A1 championship title in 2001, 2005, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012. Ivezic was also voted Eurobasket.com All-Croatian League Player of the Year back in 2011.
She has been also a member of Croatian international program for some years. Ivezic has regularly played for Croatian senior team since 2004 and previously for U20 National Team in 2004. She represented Croatia at the European Championships in Hungary and Romania this year.
Ivezic is quite experienced player. She has played also professionally in Spain (Ibiza), Hungary (Pecs 2010), Turkey (Mersin) and Croatia (ZKK Croatia 2006 Zagreb).
