We bring you last week's top performances from Croatians who are playing abroad and who all have had prior experience of national team duties at youth or senior level.

Mirna Mazic
Mirna Mazic
#1. This week's number one is former international forward Mirna Mazic (188-85, agency: ProDep Management, college: Richmond, currently plays in EuroCup). She could not help Abdullah Gul (6-0) in their last game. Despite Mazic's very good performance the first-placed Abdullah Gul (6-0) lost 69-73 at home to the leading Yakin Dogu BGD in the group B of Eurocup. She was the second best scorer with 17 points. Mazic also added 5 rebounds in a mere 19 minutes on the court. This year Mazic averages: 8.3ppg, 5.1rpg, 2FGP: 59.0%(36-61) and FT: 74.1% in 14 games she played so far. She played for the Croatian senior national team two years ago.

Andrea Maric
Andrea Maric
#2. Second place goes to former U18 international center Andrea Maric (195-97, currently plays in Slovenia). Maric led Athlete Celje to a victory over the fifth-ranked Maribor (4-14) crushing them 94-43 in the Slovenian SKL last Monday. She was MVP of the game. Maric recorded 25 points and grabbed 9 rebounds. ZKK Athlete Celje (17-1) is placed first in Places 1-6 group. It was her team's eighth consecutive victory in a row. They will play only one more game in the Second Stage. And that game will be critical. Maric has relatively good stats this season: 10.9ppg, 8.4rpg, 1.3apg, 2FGP: 53.7% and FT: 80.9%. She played for the Croatian U18 national team in 2014.

Shavonte Zellous
Shavonte Zellous
#3. The Croatian player who performed third best last week abroad was an international guard Shavonte Zellous (178-86, college: Pittsburgh, currently plays in Turkey). She was the best player in that game. Zellous recorded 21 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 29 minutes. Besiktas CT Istanbul (20-5) is placed third in the KBSL. It was her team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. They will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And now that game is very crucial. Zellous has individually a very good year with high stats. She averages: 17.9ppg, 6.0rpg, 3.6apg, 2FGP: 41.3%, 3FGP: 26.0% and FT: 82.5% in 25 games. Zellous is a naturalized American.
