Medvescak and Tresnjevka 2009 both won their semifinal series in a 2-0 sweep. The first match from the best-of-five series will be played on April 26.

Plamen Pozega (4) - Medvescak (1) 56-73 (Medvescak won series 2-0): Medvescak trailed just twice, at 1-3 and 4-5. After tying the game at 28-28 late in the second quarter, the visiting team went on a 9-0 spanning halftime and later scored six consecutive points for a 45-33 lead late in the third quarter. Medvescak had more offensive rebounds (17) than defensive (15). Patricija Bura (188-C-96) scored 18 points, Marija Rados (180-C-93) came off the bench for 15 points, Matea Tadic (167-PG-99) collected 12 points and 8 assists, Iva Borovic (170-G-88) and Anja Majstorovic (184-SF-94) both added 10 points. Pozega commited 26 turnovers to Medvescak's just 10. Sandra Mandir (177-G-77) had 21 points and 10 rebounds, Martina Lovric (170-G-87) scored 13 points and Ivona Bogoje (193-C-76) 12.

Ragusa (3) - Tresnjevka 2009 (2) 57-73 (Tresnjevka won series 2-0): After trailing 31-40 late in the second quarter, Tresnjevka went on a 14-0 run spanning to go up 45-40 and never looked back from there. Ragusa tied the score at 47-47 and was ahead by two when the visitors scored 11 straight points to ignite a decisive 16-2 run for a 67-51 lead with less than five minutes into the game. Tresnjevka outscored Ragusa 37-17 in the second half. Ana Lelas (183-G/F-83) had 21 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists, Karla Erjavec (172-G-99) scored 14 points and Josipa Pavic (187-C-99) 12. Only starters scored for Ragusa. Ina Marin (168-G-86) scored 24 of her 30 points before the break, Romana Stojanovic (186-F/G-93) finished with 13 points and 16 rebounds and Petra Stankovic (180-F-91) added 10 points.

Tresnjevka 2009 and Medvescak both remained unbeaten in the Croatian Prva liga with wins in Sunday's games of Round 4. Ragusa-Tresnjevka 2009 49-73: Tresnjevka, who never trailed, took their first double digit lead of the game at 17-7. The visiting team went on a 15-5 run early in the second quarter to extend their advantage to 36-21 and later made a 14-0 run spanning halftime to make it 52-26. Zadar outrebounded Brod 67-34, including 28-2 on the offensive boards and beat the home team 59-51 in Prva liga Round 4. Sibenik-Pula Crnja Tours 70-78: After leading by three points midway through the second quarter, Pula used a 12-2 run to extend their advantage to 44-31.
