During the 1st two rounds teams have battled against each other as usual, whereas the 3rd round is based on teams position on the board. The schedule is outlined below:

The 1st six teams will go through the play-offs as usual with the 1st two teams on the board moving automatically to the semifinals. The team finishing at the 7th place will not take part at the playoffs, whereas the team finishing 8th will move to the 2nd division. The 4th will matchup against the 5th and the 3rd against the 6th in a best of 3 games. The winner of 4-5 will then matchup against the 1st on the board and the winner of 3-6 against the 2nd on the board. Semifinals and finals will be in a best of 5 games.

27-year old forward Jake O'Brien (206-F-89, agency: HMS) had an amazing evening in the last round for league's best team Keravnos and receives a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 11. He had a double-double of 28 points and 11 rebounds, while his team crushed Etha (#6, 2-9) with 25-point margin 92-67. It allowed Keravnos to consolidate first place in the Cypriot league. An interesting game for Apoel (6-5) which hosted in Nicosia 4th placed Enosis (4-7). Third ranked Apoel managed to get a 5-point victory 78-73. Enosis was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game.
