C.J.
Williams
Etha edged the team of its ex Coach Konstantinidis with 97-86 and booked a place in the top three teams of the league in the regular season. The man of the match for another one game was C.J. Williams (195-G, college: N.Carolina St.) who was a in the zone and killed every hope for Apoel and its players to demand anything better than the fourth position of the regular season.
The game begun with the visiting site being more aggressive and leading the game with a 0-6, but Etha reacted and with solid offense mainly by C.J. Williams ended the first period with 25-20.
The second period was even better for the home team since C.J. Williams continue his offensive crescent and was unstoppable, so the deficit for Apoel was getting bigger and bigger and by the end of the first half the score went to 48-39.

Apoel was more aggressive in the third period but the only gain for the visiting site of Coach konstantinidis was the -5 points with Michael Mokongo (180-PG-86) being the strong point for Apoel. The amazing comeback from Etha though took the difference once more to +14 but once again Brandon Ewing (187-G-86, agency: Interperformances, college: Wyoming) and Troupe helped Apoel to cut the deficit once mroe to 70-65 by the end of the thrid period and have some chances in the the fourth one.

Apoel's total recall took palce in the first five minutes of the last period when Kremen and Morisson added some strength in the forward positions and Apoel took the lead at 3438'' with76-75. Etha reacted and with Ivan Maras (207-PF-86, agency: Beo Basket) and C.J. Williams in the leading roles succeeded a 9-0 and took the victory at the end quite easier than thought at the beggining of the last peiord.
The periods were as follows: 25-20, 48-39, 70-65, 97-86.
Top scorers:
Etha: C.J. Williams 30, Donney 13, Adegboy 10, Cup 14, Ivan Maras 22
Apoel: Troupe 10, Michael Mokongo 18, Chan 10, Kremen 11, Morrison 10, Brandon Ewing 15
