Pigram has played previously professionally in China (Heilongjiang), Germany (Braunschweig and s Oliver Baskets), Greece (Ilysiakos), Iran (Shahrdari Gorgan), Qatar (Al Arabi), Spain (Andorra) and D-League (Maine Red Claws).
His game is described as: 'Heart of a Champion' NBA Level scoring combo guard with unbelievable range and a great upside. Has been in several NBA camps and workouts since a (Jr.) in NCAA. Bobcats Head Coach Larry Brown invited him in. Was the A-Sun Player of the Yr. as a sophomore. Lead ETSU to the NCAA Tournament. Honored as Eurobasket.com All-Spanish LEB.
