Brad Reese
24-year old forward Brad Reese (199-F-88) had an amazing evening in the last round for Usti n/Labem and receives a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 11.
He had a double-double of 35 points and 12 rebounds, while his team lost the game against BK Decin (#3, 6-3) 74-85. Usti n/Labem is placed at 11th position in Czech Republic league. Too late to salvage the team, which is currently ranked such low. They already lost 8 games and recorded just three victories. In the team's last game Reese had a remarkable 71.4% from 2-point range. He turned to be Usti n/Labem's top player in his first season with the team. Texas Tech University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Reese is in league's top in points (3rd best: 18.2ppg) and averages solid 52.0% FGP. Worth to mention Reese played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped him get the job in pro basketball.

Second best performed player last round was Salih Nuhanovic (208-C-82) of Levice. He is Slovenian center in his first season at Levice. In the last game Nuhanovic recorded impressive 23 points and 9 rebounds. Bad luck as Levice was edged by the lower-ranked Usti n/Labem (#11, 3-8) 80-77. This loss caused Levice to drop to 8th position in . His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 4-6 record. Nuhanovic is a newcomer at Levice and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Radoslav Rancik (207-F/C-79, agency: Beo Basket) of league's leader CEZ Nymburk. Rancik scored 21 points and grabbed six rebounds. He was a key player of CEZ Nymburk, leading his team to a 76-73 win against the lower-ranked BK Prostejov (#6, 5-5). CEZ Nymburk have amazing season winning all 10 games without a single defeat in . Rancik turns to be one of the very best players in the league while he is also a leader of the top team having his eyes on the championship title. Rancik has a very solid season. In 5 games in Czech Republic he scored 12.0ppg.

Other top performing players last week:
4. Rahsaan Ames (184-PG-78) of NH Ostrava - 26 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists

The Player of the week is choosen based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
