#1. This week's number one is an international point guard Tomas Satoransky (201-91, currently plays in Spain), who plays in the Spanish ACB. He could not help Cajasol (1-6) in their last game. Despite Satoransky's very good performance Cajasol lost 68-79 at home to the higher-ranked (#14) CB Canarias.
He was the second best scorer with 16 points. Satoransky also added 7 rebounds and 3 assists in 30 minutes on the court.
It was Cajasol's third consecutive loss in a row.
But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen.
Satoransky has relatively good stats this year: 11.4ppg, 4.0rpg, 3.9apg, 2FGP: 52.2%, 3FGP: 23.5% and FT: 74.1% in the seven games he played so far.
He is currently a member of the Czech Republic senior national team.
#2. Second place goes to an international point guard Jakub Kudlacek (193-90, currently plays in Italy). Kudlacek contributed to an easy victory against the 12th-ranked Vanoli Cremona (2-5) crushing them 87-60 in the Italian SerieA last Sunday.
He recorded 6 points.
Mapooro Cantu (5-2) is placed third in the SerieA.
But the season just started, so everything may happen.
This year Kudlacek averages: 3.0ppg, 2FGP: 66.7%.
He is in the roster of the Czech Republic senior national team.
#3. The Czech Republic player who performed third best last week abroad was an international shooting guard David Jelinek (194-90, currently plays in Turkey). Jelinek was the major contributor in an Olin Edirne's victory against the closely-ranked Antalya (1-4) 83-65 in the Turkish TBL in Saturday night's game.
He scored 12 points and added 4 assists (was perfect 6-for-6 from the free throw line).
Olin Edirne Basketball (2-3) is placed 12th in the TBL.
They ended the series of three consecutive loses.
But the season is still in it's first stage and everything can happen.
This season Jelinek has relatively solid stats: 13.2ppg, 2.6rpg, 2.6apg, 2FGP: 47.4%, 3FGP: 32.4% and FT: 78.9%.
He is also a member of the Czech Republic senior national team.
#4. An experienced center Ondrej Starosta (215-79, currently plays in Spain), who plays in the Spanish LEB Gold (second division) was not able to help Planasa NV (3-3) in their last game. Despite Starosta's good performance Planasa NV lost in an overtime 85-89 on the road to the higher-ranked (#3) FCB Regal II.
He scored 14 points and grabbed 9 rebounds in 40 minutes.
But there are still lots of games to play and it's a long way to go.
Starosta belongs to league's top scorers (ranked #8) and also on the list of best rebounders (first place).
He has individually a very good year with high stats. Starosta averages: 15.3ppg, 10.5rpg and 1.3apg in the six games.

#5. Former international forward Jan Vesely (211-90, currently plays in NBA) was not able to secure a victory for the Washington Wizards (0-6) in their game against the Boston Celtics (4-3) in the NBA. He cannot count Wednesday's game as one of the best ones.
Vesely scored only 2 points and grabbed 5 rebounds.
The Washington Wizards were defeated in an overtime 100-94 in Boston by the Celtics.
So far Wizards lost all six games in the Regular Season.
Vesely's overall stats this season are: 2.8ppg and 2.7rpg.
He used to play for the Czech Republic national team
two years ago.
#6. Center Tomas Hampl (215-88, currently plays in Spain) contributed to a River Andorra's victory against the closely-ranked Leyma Basquet (5-1) 73-61 in the Spanish LEB Gold (second division) on Friday night.
Hampl scored 7 points, had 4 rebounds and made 2 blocks in 21 minutes.
It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. B.C. River Andorra (3-0) is placed in the LEB Gold.
So far his team won all three games in the Regular Season.
It's Hampl's first season with the team.
This year his overall stats are: 9.7ppg and 5.8rpg in the six games.
Hampl is an international player who is currently on the senior Czech Republic National Team roster.
#7. International center Ondrej Balvin (216-92, currently plays in Eurocup) is a teammate of previously mentioned Tomas Satoransky. But that was another game of his team in Eurocup which we would like to mention.
Balvin couldn't help Cajasol (0-1) in their game against Banco di Sardegna Sassari (1-0).
He recorded only 4 points in 12 minutes. It was his first game for Cajasol this season.
Cajasol was edged 87-84 in Sassari by the leading Banco di Sardegna.
Balvin is also Czech Republic national team player.
#8. Center Ales Chan (216-80, agency: Edge Sports, college: Seton Hill, currently plays in Cyprus) managed to help Cytavision Apoel Nicosia in a victory against the closely-ranked ENAD (1-1) crushing them 80-59 in a derby game in the Cypriot Division A in Friday night's game.
Chan scored only 2 points in 11 minutes.
It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Cytavision Apoel Nicosia (2-1) is placed second in the Division A.
This year Chan's total stats are: 3.0ppg and 1.7rpg in the three games.
He used to play for the Czech Republic national team
back in 2010.
#9. University international forward Patrik Auda (206-89, currently plays college basketball in the States) helped Seton Hall win their game against the Norfolk State University 78-65 in the NCAA last Monday.
Auda recorded 8 points.
The Seton Hall University has conference record this season.
Auda has averaged so far 3.0ppg and 1.7rpg.

#10. Forward Adam Zavadil (195-92, currently studies in the States), who plays in the NCAA III couldn't help the Albion College in their last game. Despite Zavadil's good performance his team was crushed 96-62 in Rochester, MI by the Oakland University.
He recorded 14 points in 31 minutes.
Zavadil has averaged so far 3.0ppg and 1.7rpg in the three games.
He is a former U18 international player as two years ago he still played for the Czech Republic national team.

CS Energia Rovinari Targu Jiu (4-3) is placed ninth in the Division A.
It was his team's first victory after three consecutive loses.
Steffel is currently first on the league's list of best rebounders with 9.7rpg.
This year his other stats are: 15.7ppg, 1.7apg and 1.4spg in the seven games he played so far.
#2.Robert Skibniewski (183-PG-83, currently plays in Poland), who plays in the Polish TBL could not help AZS Koszalin (4-3) to beat Stelmet ZG (5-2).
Skibniewski recorded 7 points.
AZS Koszalin was edged 75-74 on the road by the higher-ranked Stelmet ZG (#3).
Skibniewski is currently second on the list of best passers.

#3.Jan Kratochvil (200-F-82, currently plays in Slovakia) contributed to Komarno's victory against the closely-ranked Inter Bratislava (4-2) 89-85 in the Slovakian Extraliga in Saturday night's game.
Kratochvil recorded 8 points and grabbed 9 rebounds in 22 minutes.
It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. MBK Rieker Komarno (5-1) is placed first in the Extraliga.
It was his team's fifth consecutive victory in a row.

#5.Tomas Bruha (213-C-88, currently plays college basketball in the States) was not able to secure a victory for the Tulane in their game against the Georgia Tech in the NCAA.
He recorded only 4 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. It was his first game for Tulane this season.
The Tulane was badly defeated 79-61 in Atlanta, GA by the Georgia Tech.
Edi Sinadinovic (193-88, agency: Aspire Sports), recorder in assists in two leagues (Estonia and Bosnia&Herzegovina) and one of the best point guards in Czech NBL leaves the team because of financial problems. He played very good season with very good percentage shooting from the field. In 16 games in Czech Republic he had 12.6ppg, 2.9rpg and 3.1apg this season. He played very good season with very good percentage shooting from the field. In 16 games in Czech Republic he had 12.6ppg, 2.9rpg and 3.1apg this season. He was the best 3PT player of the team with 34 scored 3PT from 88 attempts (38.6%). He had almost 50% of shooting for 2PT. In 61 attempts he made it 30 to the bucket for 49.2%. About shooting from free throw line he is very stable also this year (86.7%). His best game of the season was against Prostejov, when he flushed 26 points with 5 rebounds and 3 assists with 3/6 for 2PT and 4/7 from 3PT line. He stayed perfect for FT with 8/8 for total index of 29. The last season Sinadinovic played at Sloboda Tuzla in Bosnia and Herzegovina Division I where in 14 games he recorded 11.0ppg, 4.0rpg, 5.0apg (top 4) and 1.2spg. Quite impressive season as he was named to Eurobasket.com All-Bosnia and Herzegovina League Honorable Mention. He also played that season for Zdravlje in Serbian 2MLS. In three games he averaged remarkable 21.3ppg, 2.3rpg and 3.0apg. The other team Sinadinovic played was MZT Skopje in FYR Macedonian Prva Sinadinovic also spent pre-season at Partizan (KLS) in Serbian league that year. His team won Macedonian Supercup in 2016. Sinadinovic is quite experienced player. He has played also professionally in Bulgaria (BC CSKA Interlogic Sophia), Croatia, Estonia (Valga), Greece (PAOK Thessaloniki and AEK/Argous), Romania (Targu Mures and Pitesti), Serbia (Masinac) and Bosnia (HKK Zrinjski HT Mostar).

They improved their record to 18-1. In the team's last game Allen had a remarkable 77.8% from 2-point range and got three three-pointers out of 6 attempts. He turned to be CEZ Nymburk's top player in his first season with the team. George Mason University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Allen is in league's top in points (8th best: 15.7ppg) and averages solid 57.6% FGP and 47.1% from behind 3-point line.
Second best performed player last round was Dusan Pandula (196-SF-84) of league's second-best BK Pardubice. He is Slovakian in his 3rd season at BK Pardubice. In the last game Pandula recorded impressive 22 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists. Of course he led BK Pardubice to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked J.Hradec (#9, 6-13) 112-73. BK Pardubice's second position in the standings has not changed. His team lost just three games this season, while they won 16 matches. Pandula is one of the most experienced players at BK Pardubice and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.
Third place about best performers goes to another BK Pardubice's star - forward Joseph Wall (199-F-89). Wall scored 18 points and grabbed ten rebounds. He was another key player of BK Pardubice, helping his team with a 112-73 easy win against the lower-ranked J.Hradec (#9, 6-13). BK Pardubice is closer and closer to top of the standings. They will still need more victories. But 16-3 record is not that bad... Wall has a very solid season. In 19 games in Czech Republic he scored 13.9ppg. He also has 5.6rpg, FGP: 51.0% and 3PT: 40.4%.

Nymburk celebrated the 9th victory in Basketball Champions League Group A. They upended group's leaders Monaco to gain 9-4 record. Five players scored in double digits for the Czech champions. Nymburk rallied to an 18:13 lead at the first break. The hosts maintained the lead throughout the second quarter. The Czech team piled up a 40:29 halftime lead. Monaco however pulled closer in the third term. The French powerhouse narrowed the gap at 2-point mark heading into the fourth stanza. But Nymburk used a 24:16 run in the final term to ice the win.
