We bring you last week's top performances from Czechs who are playing abroad and who all have had prior experience of national team duties at youth or senior level.
#1. This week's number one is an international shooting guard Pavel Pumprla (198-86, currently plays in Spain). He led Blusens Monbus to a victory against the closely-ranked Caja Laboral (5-3) 77-68 in the Spanish ACB in Sunday night's game.
Pumprla scored 12 points and grabbed 7 rebounds (was perfect 6-for-6 from the free throw line) in 30 minutes on the court.
Blusens Monbus Obradoiro CAB (5-3) is placed ninth in the ACB.
But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen.
It's Pumprla's first year with the team.
This season he averages: 5.1ppg, 2.3rpg, 2FGP: 54.2% and FT: 83.3% in the eight games he played so far.
Pumprla is currently a member of the Czech Republic senior national team.
#2. Second place goes to an international point guard Tomas Satoransky (201-91, currently plays in Eurocup), who plays in Spain. He could not help Cajasol (0-2) in their last game on Wednesday. Despite Satoransky's very good performance Cajasol was edged in an overtime 95-93 at home by the leading Zvezda.
He was the second best scorer with 21 points. Satoransky also added 5 rebounds.
There are only four games left until the end of the Eurocup Regular Season. So now every game will be critical.
It's Satoransky's first season with the team.
He has relatively good stats this year: 13.5ppg, 5.0rpg, 4.5apg, 2.0spg, 2FGP: 52.9% and FT: 81.8%.
Satoransky is in the roster of the Czech Republic senior national team.
#3. The Czech Republic player who performed third best last week abroad was an international shooting guard David Jelinek (194-90, currently plays in Turkey), who plays in the Turkish TBL. He was not able to help Olin Edirne (2-4) in their last game. Despite Jelinek's very good performance Olin Edirne lost 80-85 on the road to the much higher-ranked (#6) Aliaga.
He was the second best scorer with 18 points in 36 minutes.
But the season just started, so everything may happen.
This year Jelinek has relatively solid stats: 14.0ppg, 2.5rpg, 2.5apg, 2FGP: 45.8%, 3FGP: 34.1% and FT: 81.0% in the six games.
He is also a member of the Czech Republic senior national team.
#4. Forward Jan Vesely (211-90, currently plays in NBA) was not able to secure a victory for the Washington Wizards (0-9) in their game against the Utah Jazz (6-6) in the NBA.
Vesely recorded 5 points, 5 rebounds and 2 blocks.
The Washington Wizards were defeated 83-76 in Salt Lake City by the Utah Jazz.
So far Wizards lost all nine games in the Regular Season.
But there are still lots of games to play and it's a long way to go.
Vesely's overall stats this season are: 3.0ppg and 2.8rpg.
He used to play for the Czech Republic national team
back in 2010.
#5. An experienced former international center Ondrej Starosta (215-79, currently plays in Spain), who plays in the Spanish LEB Gold (second division) couldn't help Planasa NV (3-4) in their last game on Friday. Despite Starosta's good performance Planasa NV was defeated 81-77 on their home court in Pamplona by the leading River_Andorra.
He recorded a double-double by scoring 14 points and getting 12 rebounds. Starosta also added 2 blocks.
Starosta belongs to league's top scorers (ranked #9) and also on the list of best rebounders (first place).
He has individually a very good season with high stats. Starosta averages: 15.1ppg, 10.7rpg and 1.4apg.
He used to play for the Czech Republic national team
four years ago.
#6. Point guard Jakub Kudlacek (193-90, currently plays in Italy) managed to help Mapooro Cantu in a victory against the 14th-ranked VL Pesaro (2-6) 76-66 in the Italian SerieA on Sunday night.
Kudlacek scored 5 points in 7 minutes.
Mapooro Cantu (6-2) is placed fourth in the SerieA.
It was his team's third consecutive victory in a row.
This year Kudlacek averages only 3.7ppg in the three games.
He is an international player who is currently on the senior Czech Republic National Team roster.
#7. Former international center Ales Chan (216-80, agency: Edge Sports, college: Seton Hill, currently plays in Cyprus) contributed to an easy victory against the closely-ranked Omonia (3-1) crushing them 102-74 in a derby game in the Cypriot Division A in Friday night's game.
Chan recorded 11 points, 4 rebounds and 2 blocks (made all of his five free throws).
It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Cytavision Apoel Nicosia (3-1) is placed second in the Division A.
Chan's overall stats this season are: 5.0ppg and 2.3rpg.
He used to play for the Czech Republic national team
two years ago.
#8. Center Tomas Hampl (215-88, currently plays in Spain) faced previously mentioned Ondrej Starosta in the Spanish LEB Gold last game.
Hampl contributed to a River Andorra's victory against the eighth-ranked Planasa NV (3-4) 81-77.
He recorded 6 points in 16 minutes.
Hampl is currently fifth on the league's list of best blockers with 1.0bpg.
This year he also averages: 9.1ppg and 5.3rpg in the seven games.
Hampl plays currently for the Czech Republic national team.
#9. International center Ondrej Balvin (216-92, currently plays in Eurocup) is a teammate of previously mentioned Tomas Satoransky and both played together in the last Eurocup game.
Balvin couldn't help Cajasol (0-2) in their game against Zvezda (2-0). He cannot count Wednesday's game as one of the best ones.
Balvin scored only 2 points and blocked 3 shots in 13 minutes.
Cajasol was edged in an overtime 95-93 on their home court in Sevilla by the leading Zvezda.
Balvin belongs to league's best blockers and is ranked #3 with 1.5bpg.
He also averaged so far 3.0ppg and 3.0rpg in the two games.
Balvin is also in the roster of the Czech Republic national team.
#10. Swingman Tomas Kyzlink (197-93, currently plays in Spain) helped Caceres Basket edge the closely-ranked CB Clavijo (3-4) 72-70 in the Spanish LEB Gold (second division) last Friday.
He recorded only 2 points in 6 minutes on the court.
Caceres Basket (3-4) is placed ninth in the LEB Gold.
This year Kyzlink averages just 1.0ppg in the two games.
He is U20 international player who is currently on the Czech Republic National Team roster.
#11. University international forward Patrik Auda (206-89, currently plays college basketball in the States) helped Seton Hall win their game against the Rhode Island University 60-55 in the NCAA in Sunday night's game.
He recorded 6 points in 32 minutes.
This year Auda averages only 1.0ppg in the two games.
He used to play for the Czech Republic university national team
last year.

He scored 20 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 35 minutes.
CS Energia Rovinari Targu Jiu (5-3) is placed ninth in the Division A.
Steffel is currently first on the list of best rebounders with 9.3rpg.
This year he also averages: 16.3ppg, 1.5apg and 1.4spg in the eight games he played so far.
#3.Robert Skibniewski (183-PG-83, currently plays in Poland) led AZS Koszalin to a victory against the closely-ranked PGE Turow (5-2) 85-79 in the Polish TBL in Saturday night's game.
Skibniewski scored 11 points and added 3 passes in 23 minutes.
AZS Koszalin (5-3) is placed fifth in the TBL.
Skibniewski belongs to league's best passers and is ranked #4 with 5.6apg.
He also averaged so far 8.4ppg, 2.3rpg and 1.3spg in the eight games.
#4.Jan Kratochvil (200-F-82, currently plays in Slovakia) managed to help MBK Rieker Komarno to win against the seventh-ranked Handlova (2-5) 88-70 in the Slovakian Extraliga on Wednesday night.
He scored only 4 points and grabbed 6 rebounds.
MBK Rieker Komarno (6-1) is placed first in the Extraliga.
It was his team's sixth consecutive victory in a row.
Kratochvil's overall stats this season are: 5.4ppg, 4.6rpg and 1.7apg.
#5.Ivo Hoger (225-C-82, agency: Global Sports Plaza, currently plays in Georgia) contributed to an easy victory against the ninth-ranked Samedicino-Academia (0-4) crushing them 106-63 in a derby game in the Georgian Superleague last Saturday.
He scored only 2 points.
Olimpi Tbilisi (4-0) is placed third in the Superleague.
So far his team won all four games in the Regular Season.
Hoger's overall stats this season are: 4.7ppg and 2.7rpg.
#6.Pavel Englicky (210-F/C-83, currently plays in EuroChallenge), who plays in Cyprus could not help Etha to beat Tofas. He cannot count Tuesday's game as one of the best ones.
Englicky scored only 2 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 10 minutes.
His team was crushed by 21 points 78-57.
This year Englicky's overall stats are: 4.5ppg and 4.5rpg in the two games.
#7.Jaromir Fohler (211-C-85, currently plays in Spain) was not able to help Lan Mobel ISB in their game against Clinicas Rincon in the Spanish LEB Silver (third division). He cannot count Sunday's game as one of the best ones.
Fohler scored only 2 points.
His team was defeated 81-77.
Fohler's overall stats this season are: 1.6ppg and 2.0rpg.
#8.Tomas Bruha (213-C-88, currently plays college basketball in the States) contributed to Tulane's victory against the Bethune-Cookman College 65-55 in the NCAA on Tuesday night.
Bruha scored only 2 points.
This season Bruha averages just 1.0ppg.

CEZ Nymburk sweep NBL Semi-Final series against Pardubice. In the third game CEZ Nymburk dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to BK Pardubice's 20. CEZ Nymburk forced 21 BK Pardubice turnovers. It was an exceptional evening for the former international power forward Pavel Houska (203-84) who led the winners and scored 16 points and 7 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). American point guard Tweety Carter (180-86, college: Baylor) accounted for 11 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side. Four CEZ Nymburk players scored in double figures. Martin Peterka (201-95) came up with 7 points and 7 rebounds and forward Ondrej Peterka (195-91) added 9 points respectively for BK Pardubice in the defeat.
