Forward Roman Zachrla (200-87) contributed with 17 points and 6 rebounds (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line) for the winners. BK Lions Hradec's coach Karel Forejt used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. BC Kolin at the other side dropped to the fifth position with seven games lost. BK Lions Hradec is looking forward to face league's leader CEZ Nymburk on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. BC Kolin will play against the league's second-placed NH Ostrava (#2) where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
NBL top team - CEZ Nymburk (15-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed ninth ranked USK Praha (6-9) 83-54. It was a great evening for forward Lukas Palyza (201-89) who led his team to a victory scoring 13 points. Pavel Houska helped adding 13 points and 5 rebounds. The best for the losing side was Congolese-French forward Boris Meno (203-83, college: Davidson, agency: Two Points) with 13 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Undefeated CEZ Nymburk have an impressive series of fifteen victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 15-0 record. USK Praha lost sixth consecutive game. They dropped to the eighth position with nine games lost. They share it with Chomutov and B&W Opava.
