The teams have now bigger motivation at this stage of Regular Season. Every game can be crucial and decide about teams' position at the end of Regular Season. The round 21 was rather boring as all games ended with very predictable results.

NBL top team - CEZ Nymburk (19-1) had no problems winning another game on Saturday. This time they crushed twelfth ranked B&W Opava (6-14) 89-64. The game without a history. CEZ Nymburk led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to B&W Opava's 22. They outrebounded B&W Opava 42-25 including a 35-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. CEZ Nymburk looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists comparing to just 14 passes made by B&W Opava's players. The former international forward Tomas Pomikalek (200-89) stepped up and scored 10 points and 9 rebounds for the winners and American point guard Tweety Carter (180-86, college: Baylor) chipped in 7 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. The best for the losing side was power forward Jiri Dihel (198-87) with 10 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Defending champion maintains first place with 19-1 record. B&W Opava lost fifth consecutive game. They dropped to the eleventh position with 14 games lost. They share it with J.Hradec. CEZ Nymburk will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. B&W Opava will play on the road against USK Praha (#8) and is hoping to prove to their supporters that they can break losing series.
13th ranked BK Usti nad Labem (3-17) was outscored at home by second ranked NH Ostrava (15-6) with the biggest margin this round 111-73. American forward Justin Greene (203-89, college: Kent St.) nailed a double-double by scoring 25 points and 16 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) for the winning side and Rahsaan Ames accounted for 18 points and 9 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Forward Jakub Krakovic (205-90) came up with 23 points for BK Usti nad Labem in the defeat. BK Usti nad Labem's coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. BK Pardubice - Chomutov 113-82

Very expected game when 8th ranked Levharti Chomutov (8-12) was crushed on the road by third ranked BK Pardubice (13-6) 113-82. The game was mostly controlled by BK Pardubice. Levharti Chomutov was better in fourth quarter 20-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. BK Pardubice dominated down low during the game scoring 72 of its points in the paint compared to Levharti Chomutov's 50 and made 20-of-26 charity shots (76.9 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Levharti Chomutov 44-25 including a 32-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Levharti Chomutov was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Lithuanian point guard Evaldas Zabas (188-88) nailed 22 points and 4 assists for the winning side and American center Travis Nelson (208-87, college: Minnesota St.) accounted for 16 points and 7 rebounds. BK Prostejov - Svitavy 99-95

Very predictable result when fifth ranked BK Prostejov (12-8) defeated at home 10th ranked Basketbal Svitavy (7-13) 99-95. However just four-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Five BK Prostejov and four Basketbal Svitavy players scored in double figures. Basketbal Svitavy's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. BK Prostejov moved-up to fourth place, which they share with BC Kolin. Basketbal Svitavy at the other side keeps the tenth position with 13 games lost. Not a big story in a game when 11th ranked BK Lions Hradec (6-14) was rolled over on the road by sixth ranked BK Decin (11-8) 84-63. BK Decin forced 23 BK Lions Hradec turnovers. There was a small surprise when ninth ranked USK Praha (9-12) outscored on the road 7th ranked Levice (9-11) 80-56.
