The Regular Season in NBL is slowly approaching the end. But there may be still some important changes in the final standings in the last 3 rounds.

Bottom-ranked BK Usti nad Labem managed to get a fourth victory, breaking the nine-game losing streak on Saturday night. This time they edged tenth-ranked Basketbal Svitavy 86-85. The former international forward Stefan Licartovsky (196-84) fired 19 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. American forward Brad Reese (199-88, college: Texas Tech) chipped in 23 points and 6 rebounds. Polish center Pawel Mroz (215-84) produced 27 points and 8 rebounds for lost side. Basketbal Svitavy's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. BK Usti nad Labem maintains thirteenth position with 4-17 record. Basketbal Svitavy at the other side keeps the tenth place with 14 games lost. BK Usti nad Labem are looking forward to face higher ranked BK Decin (#6) on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Basketbal Svitavy will play against Levharti Chomutov (#9) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
The game with biggest result difference took place in Praha. Local USK Praha (10-12) outscored 12th ranked B&W Opava (6-15) 75-51. Worth to mention a great performance of international Lubos Barton (202-80, college: Valparaiso) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 23 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. Boris Meno contributed with 9 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. The former international guard Jakub Sirina (185-87) replied with 11 points and 7 rebounds for B&W Opava. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. USK Praha maintains eighth position with 10-12 record. B&W Opava lost sixth consecutive game. They dropped to the eleventh place with 15 games lost. They share the position with J.Hradec. USK Praha will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. B&W Opava will play at home against BK Lions Hradec (#11) in J.Hradec and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Rest of the games of round 22 were quite predictable and ended without any surprises. Here they are:
BK Prostejov defeated Chomutov in a road game 102-89. BK Pardubice smashed BC Kolin at home 94-75. Levice won against J.Hradec on the opponent's court 110-93. NH Ostrava managed to outperform BK Decin in a home game 84-69.
The best stats of 22th round was 24 points, 6 rebounds and 9 assists by Brandon Fields of Levice.



Chomutov - BK Prostejov 89-102

There was no surprise when 9th ranked Levharti Chomutov (8-13) was defeated at home by fourth ranked BK Prostejov (13-8) 102-89. Levharti Chomutov was plagued by 31 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Ondrej Kohout (204-91) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 rebounds. The former international guard Pavel Slezak (186-84) contributed with 23 points for the winners. American forward John Fields (205-88, college: Tennessee) replied with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 14 rebounds and his fellow American import point guard Showron Glover (180-87) added 18 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for Levharti Chomutov. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. BK Prostejov maintains fourth position with 13-8 record. Levharti Chomutov at the other side keeps the ninth place with 13 games lost. BK Prostejov will play against BC Kolin (#5) at home in the next round. Levharti Chomutov will play against Basketbal Svitavy (#10) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

No shocking result in a game when third ranked BK Pardubice (14-6) smashed at home 5th ranked BC Kolin (12-9) 94-75. BK Pardubice made 19-of-20 charity shots (95.0 percent) during the game. Worth to mention a great performance of Canadian-Jamaican forward Corey Muirhead (197-83, college: W.Carolina) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and 4 assists. The former international forward Petr Bohacik (205-85) contributed with 14 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Five BK Pardubice players scored in double figures. American guard Demarius Bolds (190-84, college: Missouri Western, agency: I.D.S. Law) replied with 17 points and 6 rebounds and Puerto Rican-American guard Emanuel Ubilla (188-86, college: Fair Dickinson, agency: Court Side) added 17 points in the effort for BC Kolin. BC Kolin's coach Predrag Benacek tested ten players seeing no chance for a win. BK Pardubice have an impressive seven-game winning streak. It was a very good performance for power forward Martin Gniadek (201-90) who helped to win the game recording 14 points and 8 rebounds. American guard Chadwick-Farrell Barnes (190-83, college: New Orleans) contributed with 14 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Lions Jindrichuv Hradec agreed on terms of contract extension with Lukas Stegbauer(198-PF-95). The power forward will spend one more season with the team.
