Tomas Satoransky
Tomas Satoransky
#1. This week's number one is an international point guard Tomas Satoransky (201-91, currently plays in Spain), who plays in the Spanish ACB. He could not help Cajasol (9-15) in their last game. Despite Satoransky's very good performance Cajasol lost 63-71 at home to the higher-ranked (#10) Blusens Monbus. He was the top scorer with 19 points. Satoransky also added 4 rebounds and dished 4 assists in 26 minutes on the court. It's Satoransky's first season with the team. Satoransky is currently fifth on the list of best passers with 4.1apg. He also averaged so far 12.3ppg, 3.5rpg, 1.1spg, 2FGP: 51.5%, 3FGP: 34.0% and FT: 75.9% in the 23 games he played so far. Satoransky is currently a member of the Czech Republic senior national team.

Pavel Pumprla
Pavel Pumprla
#2. Second place goes to an international shooting guard Pavel Pumprla (198-86, currently plays in Spain) faced previously mentioned Tomas Satoransky in the Spanish ACB last game. Pumprla contributed to a Blusens Monbus' victory against the 14th-ranked Cajasol (9-15) 71-63. He scored 9 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. David Jelinek
David Jelinek

Jelinek was not able to help one of league's weakest teams Caja Laboral (19-5) in their game against Real Madrid (23-1) in the Spanish ACB. He scored only 4 points in 10 minutes. Caja Laboral lost 92-100 on their home court in Vitoria to the leading Real Madrid. This year Jelinek averages just 2.0ppg in the three games. Jan Vesely
Jan Vesely
#4. Forward Jan Vesely (211-90, currently plays in NBA) was not able to secure a victory for the Washington Wizards (20-42) in their game against the Brooklyn Nets (38-27) in the NBA. Jiri Hubalek
Jiri Hubalek

Hubalek cannot count Sunday's game as one of the best ones. He recorded only 2 points. Umana Venezia was defeated in an overtime 97-88 in Milano by the higher-ranked Armani (#5). Hubalek has averaged so far 1.7ppg and 1.9rpg. He used to play for the Czech Republic national team back in 2009.

Ales Chan
Ales Chan
#9. Former international center Ales Chan (216-80, agency: Edge Sports, college: Seton Hill, currently plays in Cyprus) helped Apoel win their game against the league leader Keravnos (18-3) 74-65 in the Cypriot Division A on Saturday night. He used to play for the Czech Republic national team three years ago.

The list of other players, who all have Czech Republic passport but never been selected to any of Czech Republic national teams:

#1. Michal Kremen (200-G/F-81, currently plays in Cyprus) contributed to Apoel's victory against the league leader Keravnos (18-3) 74-65 in the Cypriot Division A last Saturday. Kremen recorded 10 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 22 minutes. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Cytavision Apoel Nicosia (12-9) is placed fourth in the Division A. This year Kremen's overall stats are: 6.7ppg, 4.0rpg, 1.9apg and 1.5spg in the 21 games he played so far.

#2. David Steffel (212-C/F-85, currently plays in Romania) led Rovinari to a 2-point victory against the closely-ranked CSM Bucuresti (16-10) 86-84 in the Romanian Liga Nationala on Monday night. He recorded 11 points and grabbed 9 rebounds. CS Energia Rovinari Targu Jiu (13-13) is placed ninth in the Liga Nationala. There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Steffel belongs to league's best rebounders and is ranked #4. He has very reliable stats this season: 12.6ppg, 8.0rpg and 1.4apg.

#3. Jaroslav Tyrna (207-F/C-86, college: New Orleans, currently plays in Germany) managed to help Uni-Riesen Leipzig in a victory in overtime against the fourth-ranked Cuxhaven BasCats (15-10) 95-90 in the German ProA (second division) last Saturday. Tyrna recorded only 4 points, 7 rebounds and 2 blocks in 21 minutes. Uni-Riesen Leipzig (5-20) is located at the very bottom in the ProA. Tyrna has averaged so far 5.9ppg, 5.6rpg and 1.1bpg in the 11 games.

#4. Jan Kratochvil (200-F-82, currently plays in Slovakia), who plays in the Slovakian Extraliga could not help Komarno (20-10) to beat Levice (1-19). Kratochvil cannot count Saturday's game as one of the best ones. He recorded only 2 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 9 minutes on the court. Komarno lost 77-82 on the road to the much lower-ranked (#10) Levice. It was Komarno's third consecutive loss in a row. Kratochvil's team will play only one more game in the Regular Season.
