The game between Top Four teams took place in Hradec Kralove. Second-ranked host Sokol Hradec Kralove (14-4) was smashed by leader USK Praha (16-0) 95-63. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Sokol Hradec Kralove. USK Praha dominated down low during the game scoring 70 of its points in the paint compared to Sokol Hradec Kralove's 44. USK Praha forced 20 Sokol Hradec Kralove turnovers. The former international center Alena Hanusova (190-91) stepped up and scored 16 points and 6 rebounds for the winners and forward Karolina Elhotova (182-92) chipped in 15 points and 5 rebounds. Forward Klara Rosenbaumova (185-90) responded with 18 points and 5 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Undefeated USK Praha have an impressive series of sixteen victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 16-0 record. Sokol Hradec Kralove at the other side keeps the second position with four games lost. USK Praha are looking forward to face Basket Slovanka MB (#10) in Vodochody in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Sokol Hradec Kralove will play on the road against Basketball Nymburk (#4) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Russian-Ukrainian center Aleksandra Khomenchuk (202-89) came up with 13 points and 7 rebounds for Basketball Nymburk in the defeat. Basketball Nymburk's coach rotated eleven players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The victory was the sixth consecutive win for BLK Praha. They maintain third place with 13-4 record having just two points less than leader USK Praha. Basketball Nymburk at the other side keeps the fourth position with six games lost. BLK Praha will play against LOKO Trutnov (#7) on the road in the next round. Basketball Nymburk will play against the league's second-placed Sokol Hradec Kralove and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

The best player for the winners was Michaela Matuskova who scored 19 points. Sokol Hradec Kralove's coach Romana Ptackova felt very confident using entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Veronika Rybova produced 15 points for the hosts. The victory was the fifth consecutive win for Sokol Hradec Kralove. They maintain second place with 14-4 record despite having the same number of points like the leader USK Praha. U19 Chance lost their third game in a row. There were no shocking results in the rest of the games of round 17: SBS Ostrava destroyed U19 Chance on the opponent's court 69-50. MK Technic unfortunately lost to Loko Trutnov in a home game 61-70. Handicap Brno managed to beat Slovanka MB on the road 68-54.

Rather expected game in Strakonice where 12th ranked U19 Chance (1-16) was crushed by ninth ranked SBS Ostrava (7-10) 69-50 on Sunday. SBS Ostrava made 21-of-25 free shots (84.0 percent) during the game. They also forced 25 U19 Chance turnovers. They shot the lights out from three sinking 25 long-distance shots on high 62.5 percentage. SBS Ostrava looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. The best player for the winners was American guard Jylisa Williams (176-89, college: Georgia St.) who scored 19 points and 5 steals. Her fellow American import guard Danielle Butts (178-92, college: N.Carolina) chipped in 18 points and 7 rebounds (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line). SBS Ostrava's coach Tibor Jany used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Center Barbora Holubova (186-0) produced a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds and forward Lucie Kosatkova (178-88) added 10 points respectively for the hosts. The victory was the third consecutive win for SBS Ostrava. They maintain ninth place with 7-10 record. U19 Chance lost their third game in a row. They stay at the bottom position with 16 games lost. They outrebounded MK Technic 168-119 including a 61-42 advantage in offensive rebounds. LOKO Trutnov looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when LOKO Trutnov made 8 blocks. The best player for the winners was American center Alison Bouman (193-92, college: Davenport) who had a double-double by scoring 12 points, 17 rebounds and 4 blocks. The former international point guard Katerina Hindrakova (176-88) chipped in a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds. Four LOKO Trutnov players scored in double figures. Guard Hana Gasicova (167-98) produced 20 points and 6 rebounds (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) and forward Marketa Sivrova (176-92) added 6 points and 11 rebounds respectively for the hosts.
