The teams have now bigger motivation at this stage of Regular Season. Every game can be crucial and decide about teams' position at the end of Regular Season. There was no lack of interesting games this round. The round ended with derby games, favorites losing the games and games ending by tiny margin.

Eighth-ranked GBA Sparta (5-9) gave a tough game to third ranked Nymburk B (10-4) in Praha on Friday. The visitors from Nymburk managed to secure only three-point victory 89-86. However their fans expected much easier game. Nymburk B forced 20 GBA Sparta turnovers. It was a great evening for international center Martin Peterka (205-95) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds. Lukas Stegbauer (197-95) helped adding 15 points and 7 rebounds. The best for the losing side was guard Marek Welsch (180-99) with 24 points and 8 assists. Nymburk B are looking forward to face Basket Kosice (#5) at home in the next round. GBA Sparta will play against Sokol Pisek and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Another exciting game was a derby match between two teams from Olomouc: Olomouc SK (#2) and Olomouc Bbal (#5).
