The games at this stage are more interesting as they can be crucial for the final standings in Regular Season. Despite we already know who is stronger and who is weaker, there may be still last minute susprises and upsets.

ZBL top team - USK Praha (18-0) had no problems winning another game on Sunday. This time they crushed ninth ranked Karlovy Vary (7-12) 100-45. USK Praha dominated down low during the game scoring 76 of its points in the paint compared to Karlovy Vary's 16. USK Praha forced 24 Karlovy Vary turnovers and outrebounded them 42-15 including a 29-11 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international center Alena Hanusova (190-91) who helped to win the game recording 28 points (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field). The former international Tereza Vyoralova (175-94) contributed with 13 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) for the winners. point guard Andrea Andelova (172-94) answered with 12 points for Karlovy Vary. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Undefeated USK Praha have an impressive series of eighteen victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 18-0 record. Karlovy Vary lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the ninth position with 12 games lost. USK Praha are looking forward to face bottom-ranked U19 Chance (#12) in Strakonice in the next round which should be another easy win for them. Karlovy Vary will play on the road against the league's second-placed Sokol Hradec Kralove and is hoping to prove to their supporters that they can break losing series.
The game between 12th ranked U19 Chance (1-19) and seventh ranked Handicap (11-8) in Strakonice ended with biggest points difference. Guests from Brno outscored U19 Chance 92-33. Worth to mention a quality performance of Kristyna Brabencova (165-99) who helped to win the game recording 15 points and 8 rebounds. Lenka Soukalova helped adding 13 points. Handicap's coach Viktor Prusa felt very confident using 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side forward Ludmila Dudackova (176-0) responded with 8 points and 8 rebounds. The victory was the third consecutive win for Handicap. They moved-up to sixth place. U19 Chance lost their sixth game in a row. They stay dead last with 19 lost games. Handicap's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Brno MK Technic.
Another exciting game was a derby match between two local teams from Brno: Valosun Brno (#5) and MK Technic (#11). MK Technic was crushed at home by 41 points 45-86 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. It was an exceptional evening for Stephanie Madden who led the winners and scored 20 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field). Coach Marian Svoboda's team controlled all game and the coach could let to play 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Monika Stehlikova came up with 15 points and 6 rebounds for MK Technic in the defeat. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Valosun Brno. They maintain fifth place with 12-5 record. MK Technic lost their sixteenth game in a row. Newly promoted team keeps the eleventh position with 18 games lost. Valosun Brno will meet at home higher ranked BLK Praha (#3) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. MK Technic will play against Handicap (#6) in Brno and hope to win that game.

Other games in round 19 were not that significant. Loko Trutnov was smashed by Nymburk on the road 80-61. Slovanka MB was destroyed by Sokol HK on its own court 47-87. SBS Ostrava unfortunately lost to BLK Praha in a road game 71-88. Loko Trutnov managed to beat U19 Chance at home 78-61. Valosun Brno defeated Karlovy Vary on the opponent's court 83-67.

Nymburk - Loko Trutnov 80-61

No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked Basketball Nymburk (13-6) crushed at home 7th ranked LOKO Trutnov (10-9) 80-61 on Sunday. Basketball Nymburk made 17-of-20 free shots (85.0 percent) during the game. They also forced 21 LOKO Trutnov turnovers. It was an exceptional evening for Romanian Sonia Ursu (176-93) who led the winners and scored 18 points. Guard Alena Hunkova (174-87) accounted for 17 points for the winning side. Forward Milena Prokresova (180-81) came up with 17 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and American guard Nicole Boudreau (175-93, college: Boston Coll.) added 10 points and 6 rebounds respectively for LOKO Trutnov in the defeat. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Basketball Nymburk moved-up to fourth place. LOKO Trutnov at the other side keeps the seventh position with nine games lost. Basketball Nymburk will meet Basket Slovanka MB (#10) in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. LOKO Trutnov will play against SBS Ostrava and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Very predictable result when third ranked BLK Praha (14-5) won against at home 8th ranked SBS Ostrava (8-11) 88-71 on Saturday. BLK Praha made 24-of-30 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Everything went according to plan when fifth ranked Valosun Brno (12-5) defeated on the road 9th ranked Karlovy Vary (7-12) 83-67 on Sunday. Valosun Brno made 23-of-29 free shots (79.3 percent) during the game. They also forced 23 Karlovy Vary turnovers. It was an exceptional evening for Slovakian forward Veronika Remenarova (188-97) who led the winners and scored 18 points and 5 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). Power forward Andrea Sladkova (187-91) accounted for 17 points (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) for the winning side. Four Valosun Brno players scored in double figures. Point guard Andrea Andelova (172-94) came up with 20 points and 5 rebounds and center Julia Reisingerova (194-98) added 15 points respectively for Karlovy Vary in the defeat. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Valosun Brno. They maintain fifth place with 12-5 record. Karlovy Vary lost their fourth game in a row. They keep the ninth position with 12 games lost. Valosun Brno will meet at home higher ranked BLK Praha (#3) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Karlovy Vary will play against the league's second-placed Sokol Hradec Kralove (#2) and hope to secure a win.
