Seventh-ranked BK Usti nad Labem (9-13) was very close to win a game against third ranked BK Decin (15-8) on Saturday. BK Decin managed to secure only two-point victory 76-74. However their fans expected much easier game. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international point guard Tomas Vyoral (190-92, agency: Octagon Europe) who helped to win the game recording 16 points and 4 assists. The former international power forward Pavel Houska (203-84, agency: Octagon Europe) contributed with 10 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. BK Decin's coach Pavel Budinsky used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. Forward Ladislav Pecka (197-91) replied with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 13 rebounds for BK Usti nad Labem. BK Decin maintains third position with 15-8 record having five points less than leader CEZ Nymburk. BK Usti nad Labem lost third consecutive game. They keep the seventh place with 13 games lost.
An interesting game for BK Pardubice (18-4) which played road game in Opava against 4th ranked BK Opava (12-10). Second ranked BK Pardubice managed to get a 8-point victory 78-70. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of BK Opava. American forward Joseph Wall (199-89, college: Seattle Pacific, agency: Diamond Sports) scored 15 points and 7 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Viktor Pulpan chipped in 15 points during the contest. At the losing side point guard Radovan Kouril (185-95) responded with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 assists. BK Pardubice maintains second position with 18-4 record having just three points less than leader CEZ Nymburk. BK Opava at the other side keeps the fourth place with ten games lost. They share the position with USK Praha.

Tony Meier fired 15 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. CEZ Nymburk have an impressive seven-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 21-1 record. Prostejov lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the eighth place with 14 games lost.
Worth to mention about the upset in a game between BK Kolin (11-11) and Basketbal Svitavy (7-15), which took place in Svitavy. Higher ranked BK Kolin lost to tenth ranked Basketbal Svitavy in a road game 65-81 on Saturday. It was a very good performance for Jiri Jelinek who helped to win the game recording 20 points. Basketbal Svitavy's coach Stanislav Petr allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Basketbal Svitavy moved-up to ninth place, which they share with J.Hradec. BK Kolin lost fourth consecutive game. They dropped to the sixth position with 11 games lost.

In the last game of round 22 NH Ostrava was beaten by USK Praha on the road 81-70.
The most impressive performance of 22th round was 16 points, 7 rebounds and 5 blocks by Stan Simpson of MMCITE Brno.

MMCITE Brno - J.Hradec 93-89

Bottom-ranked MMCITE Brno managed to get a sixth victory, breaking the six-game losing streak on Saturday night. This time they won against ninth-ranked BK Lions Hradec 93-89. MMCITE Brno made 25-of-31 free shots (80.6 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 BK Lions Hradec turnovers and outrebounded them 58-41 including a 46-32 advantage in defensive rebounds. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when MMCITE Brno made 9 blocks. American guard Kevin Ware (188-93, college: Georgia St., agency: Mansfield and Associates) notched a double-double by scoring 15 points, 14 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the effort and the former international swingman Michal Kremen (200-81) supported him with 13 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists. NH Ostrava was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a very good performance for international swingman Jaromir Bohacik (197-92, agency: Octagon Europe) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 20 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists (made all of his seven free throws). Croatian center Mladen Primorac (210-90) contributed with 15 points and 6 rebounds for the winners.
