Traditionally, every week we bring you a list of the top performances of Czechs who are currently playing abroad.

   #1. This week's number one is former international power forward Romana Stehlikova (189-85, currently plays in Slovakia). She led Good Angels to an easy victory against the second-ranked Piestanske Cajky (8-4) crushing them 94-67 in the Slovakian Extraliga in Saturday night's game. Stehlikova scored 13 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 20 minutes on the court. It was the game of the round between two top 3 ranked teams in group Places 1-4. Good Angels Kosice (11-1) is placed first. It was her team's sixth consecutive victory in a row. They will play only one more game in the Second Stage. And that game will be critical. This year Stehlikova averages: 8.8ppg, 4.1rpg, 1.4apg, 1.2spg, 2FGP: 57.7%(60-104), 3FGP: 28.9% and FT: 71.9% in 20 games she played so far. She played for the Czech Republic senior national team nine years ago.

   #2. Second place goes to former international center Kamila Stepanova (191-88, currently plays in France). Stepanova contributed to a 3-point Villeneuve D'Ascq's victory against the closely-ranked Basket Landes (13-7) 83-80 in the French LFB last Saturday. She scored 8 points and blocked 2 shots. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. Villeneuve D'Ascq ESB Lille Metropole (14-6) is placed third in the LFB. It was her team's fifth consecutive victory in a row. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. It's Stepanova's first season with the team. Stepanova's overall stats this year are: 6.8ppg, 3.4rpg, 1.3apg, 2FGP: 47.1% and FT: 69.6%. She played for the Czech Republic national team in 2015.

   #3. The Czech Republic player who performed third best last week abroad was former international swingman Romana Hejdova (184-88, currently plays in France). Hejdova led Hainaut to a 2-point victory over the closely-ranked Mondeville (11-9) 75-73 in the French LFB on Saturday night. She was MVP of the game. Hejdova scored 20 points, grabbed 5 rebounds and dished 3 assists in 35 minutes. Union Saint-Amand Porte du Hainaut (9-11) is placed ninth in the LFB. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be important. Hejdova has relatively good stats this year: 12.2ppg, 4.0rpg, 2.6apg, 1.1spg, 2FGP: 47.7%, 3FGP: 39.2% and FT: 67.9% in 20 games. She played for the Czech Republic national team two years ago.

   #4. Guard Michaela Stara (175-90, currently plays in Greece) led Niki Lefkadas to a victory against the league leader Panionios (19-1) 65-55 in the Greek A1 in Sunday night's game. Stara scored 14 points, made 4 passes and 4 steals. AS Niki Lefkadas (9-8) is placed seventh in the A1. They ended the series of three consecutive loses. This season Stara has relatively solid stats: 11.1ppg, 2.8rpg, 2.4apg and 1.4spg. She used to play for the Czech Republic national team back in 2013.

   #5. Former international point guard Katerina Bartonova (174-90, currently plays in Spain) could not help Zamarat (6-16) in their last game. Despite Bartonova's very good performance Zamarat lost 66-72 on the road to the higher-ranked (#9) Gipuzkoa UPV. She was the top scorer with 15 points. Bartonova also added 5 passes in 37 minutes. It was Zamarat's fourth consecutive loss in a row. There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be extremely important. This year Bartonova's overall stats are: 5.3ppg, 3.4rpg and 3.4apg in eight games. She used to play for the Czech Republic national team two years ago.

   #6. Guard Petra Holesinska (175-97, currently plays college basketball in the States) contributed to Illinois' victory against the University of Nebraska (3-13) 79-70 in the NCAA on Wednesday night. Holesinska scored 21 points and added 4 passes. The University of Illinois have rather weak 4-9 conference record this season. The Regular Season already ended in the NCAA. Holesinska has reliable stats this year: 10.5ppg, 3.8rpg and 1.2apg. She is U20 international player who is currently on the Czech Republic National Team roster.

Former international swingman Petra Zaplatova (175-91, currently plays in Germany) contributed to Rotenburg/Scheessel's victory against the seventh-ranked Hannover (9-11) 66-55 in the German DBBL last Saturday. Zaplatova scored 14 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. BG '89 Avides Hurricanes Rotenburg (4-16) closes the standings in the DBBL. But the situation may improve as they ended a series of eleven consecutive loses. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. Zaplatova's stats this season are: 11.6ppg, 2.9rpg, 1.4apg and 1.3spg. She used to play for the Czech Republic national team two years ago.

   #8. Center Renata Brezinova (190-90, agency: LBM Management, currently plays in Italy) was not able to help La Spezia (0-0) in their game against Napoli (13-6) in the Italian Serie A1. Brezinova recorded 7 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 35 minutes. La Spezia lost 72-82 at home to the lower-ranked (#5) Napoli. This year Brezinova's total stats are: 7.8ppg, 6.4rpg and 1.8spg in five games. She used to play for the Czech Republic U20 national team back in 2010.

Former U20 international guard Kamila Hoskova (175-95, currently studies in the States) contributed to an easy victory against the Monmouth University (7-9) 67-51 in the NCAA in Friday night's game. Hoskova scored 14 points and grabbed 9 rebounds. The Rider University has 8-10 conference record this season. The Regular Season already ended in the NCAA. Hoskova averaged so far 12.7ppg, 5.5rpg, 1.4apg and 1.4spg. She used to play for the Czech Republic U20 national team two years ago.

   #10. Forward Michaela Stejskalova (186-87, currently plays in Spain) was not able to secure a victory for Gran Canaria (14-8) in their game against Mann Filter (10-12) in the Spanish LFB. Stejskalova cannot count Sunday's game as one of the best ones. She recorded only 3 points and added 3 passes in 17 minutes. Gran Canaria lost 83-88 in Zaragoza to the lower-ranked (#8) Mann Filter. There are only four games left until the end of the Regular Season. Stejskalova has averaged so far 9.8ppg and 3.0rpg in 22 games. She is a former international player as two years ago she still played for the Czech Republic senior national team.

   #11. Former U18 international guard Karolina Severova (183-94, is currently at the American university) couldn't help the Siena in their game against the Iona College in the NCAA. Severova cannot count Saturday's game as one of the best ones. She scored only 2 points. Her team was badly defeated by 20 points 67-47. Severova has averaged so far 4.0ppg and 1.3rpg. She used to play for the Czech Republic U18 national team five years ago.

One more player who has never been selected to any of national teams, but has Czech Republic passport:

   #1. Katarina Flasarova (171-G-85, currently plays in Germany) led Goettingen to a victory over the fourth-ranked TG Neuss (13-7) 69-55 in the German 2.Bundesliga (second division) in Saturday night's game. Flasarova was the best player in that game. She scored 20 points in 28 minutes. BG 74 Veilchen Ladies Goettingen (17-3) is placed second in North group. It was her team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. There are only two games left until the end of the Regular Season. Flasarova has individually a very good year with high stats. She averages: 15.5ppg, 3.5rpg, 3.4apg and 2.1spg in 19 games she played so far.

Galatasaray - USK Praha 82:77 Galatasaray captured the first win in EuroLeague regular season. They topped USK Praha to open win count in Group A. Allie Quigley (178-G-86, college: De Paul) nailed 26 points to pace the winners. Galatasaray grabbed a 21:18 lead ten minutes into the game. The Czech champions denied the deficit in the second frame. USK Praha accumulated a 43:36 halftime lead. Galatasaray stiffened defensively in the second half. American Forward Kristi Bellock (185-F-90) had an amazing evening in the last round for BLK Praha, receiving a Player of the Week award for round 6. The 27-year old player was the main contributor (23 points, nine rebounds) to her team's victory, helping them to outclass Nymburk (#2, 5-1) with 28-point margin 105-77.
