We bring you last week's top performances from Danes who are playing abroad and who all have had prior experience of national team duties at youth or senior level.

Alan Voskuil
Alan Voskuil
#1. This week's number one is former international guard Alan Voskuil (191-86, college: Texas Tech, currently plays in France). He led Chorale de Roanne to a victory over the tenth-ranked JSF Nanterre (3-3) crushing them 94-64 in the French ProA in Saturday night's game. Voskuil was MVP of the game. He scored 20 points in 25 minutes on the court. Chorale de Roanne Basket (2-4) is placed 14th in the ProA. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. It's Voskuil's first year with the team. This season Voskuil averages: 8.5ppg, 2FGP: 41.7%, 3FGP: 41.7% and FT: 78.6% in the six games he played so far. He is a naturalized American. Voskuil played for the Danish senior national team three years ago. He used to play for Horsens IC in Danish league.

Jonathan Gilling
Jonathan Gilling

He contributed to an easy victory against the Central Arkansas 79-64 in the NCAA on Saturday night. Gilling scored 11 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 35 minutes. The Arizona State University has conference record this season. Gilling has relatively good stats this year: 15.0ppg, 3.3rpg, 1.3apg, 1.7spg, 2FGP: 25.0%, 3FGP: 58.3%(14-24) in the three games. He played for the Danish U20 national team in 2010.

Jonas Zohore Bergstedt
Jonas Zohore Bergstedt
#3. The Danish player who performed third best last week abroad was U20 international center Jonas Zohore Bergstedt (210-91, currently plays in EuroChallenge), who plays in Cyprus. Bergstedt could not help Etha (0-2) to beat Tofas (1-1). He scored 8 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. It was his first game for Etha this season. The fourth-placed Etha was crushed 78-57 at home by the second-ranked Tofas in the group A of EuroChallenge. There are only four games left until the end of the EuroChallenge Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. It's Bergstedt's first year with the team. Bergstedt played for the Danish U20 national team one years ago.

Mathias Seilund
Mathias Seilund

One more player who has never been selected to any of national teams, but has Danish passport:

#1. Tencho Tenchev (202-F-93, currently plays in Bulgaria), who plays in the Bulgarian NBL could not help U20 (0-4) in their last game on Saturday. Despite Tenchev's very good performance the bottom-ranked U20 was defeated 87-74 at home by the higher-ranked Rilski Sportist (#5). He was the top scorer with 21 points.
