Eighth-ranked Horsholm (4-9) gave a tough game to third ranked Horsens IC (9-4) on Thursday. Horsens IC managed to secure only seven-point victory 81-74. However their fans expected much easier game. Skyler Bowlin (190-G-89, agency: Warren Sports International, college: Missouri So.) scored 26 points and 9 assists (was perfect 10-for-10 from the free throw line !!!) to lead the charge for the winners. Horsens IC have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 9-4 record having just two points less than leader Svendborg. Horsholm lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the seventh place with nine games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.

The most impressive stats of the last round was 32 points, 17 rebounds and 4 assists by Donald Rutherford of Svendborg.

SISU - Aalborg 95-67

Very expected game in Copenhagen where 10th ranked Aalborg (1-11) was crushed by fourth ranked SISU (8-4) 95-67 on Sunday. The hosts trailed by 6 points at the halftime before their 55-21 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. SISU dominated on the defensive end, holding Aalborg to just 6 points in third quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Aalborg's 36. SISU looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists comparing to just 4 passes made by Aalborg's players. American swingman Mickey Dennis (190-78, college: JMU) scored 20 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and international point guard Mikael Nielsen (178-90) chipped in 13 points, 5 rebounds and 9 assists during the contest. Four SISU players scored in double figures. American guard Rob Delaney (194-89, college: Lafayette, agency: SDJ Sports) responded with 19 points and 7 rebounds and his fellow American import power forward Ryan Willen (204-89, college: Lafayette) scored 17 points and 5 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. SISU maintains fourth position with 8-4 record. Rather predictable result when top-ranked Svendborg (12-0) defeated on the road 3rd ranked Horsens IC (9-4) 85-76 on Sunday. Horsens IC was trailing by 5 points at halftime but managed to get 2-point lead after three quarters before a 20-9 charge of Svendborg, which allowed them to win the game. American power forward Donald Rutherford (199-87, college: Catawba) had a double-double by scoring 32 points, 17 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and the former international guard Adama Darboe (190-86) chipped in 11 points and 4 assists during the contest. Four Svendborg players scored in double figures. International guard Darko Jukic (198-90) responded with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 18 rebounds and American guard Skyler Bowlin (190-89, college: Missouri So., agency: Warren Sports International) scored 23 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists.
