We bring you last week's top performances from Danes who are playing abroad and who all have had prior experience of national team duties at youth or senior level.

Alan Voskuil
Alan Voskuil
#1. This week's number one is former international guard Alan Voskuil (191-86, college: Texas Tech, currently plays in France). He was the major contributor in a 2-point Chorale de Roanne's victory against the closely-ranked Strasbourg IG (4-3) 63-61 in the French ProA in Saturday night's game. Voskuil recorded 13 points in 26 minutes on the court. Chorale de Roanne Basket (3-4) is placed 11th in the ProA. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. This year Voskuil averages: 9.1ppg, 2FGP: 37.5%, 3FGP: 41.9% and FT: 81.3% in the seven games he played so far. He is a naturalized American. Voskuil played for the Danish senior national team three years ago. He used to play for Horsens IC in Danish league.

Jonathan Gilling
Jonathan Gilling
#2. Second place goes to former U20 international forward Jonathan Gilling (201-91, currently plays college basketball in the States). Gilling led Arizona St. to an easy victory against the Florida A&M University crushing them 97-70 in the NCAA last Sunday. He recorded a double-double by scoring 13 points and getting 15 rebounds. Gilling also added 3 assists and 2 blocks. The Arizona State University has conference record this season. This year Gilling averages only 9.1ppg, 2FGP: 37.5%, 3FGP: 41.9% and FT: 81.3%. He played for the Danish U20 national team in 2010.

Mathias Seilund
Mathias Seilund
#3. The Danish player who performed third best last week abroad was former U20 international forward Mathias Seilund (201-90, currently studies in the States), who plays in the NCAA. Seilund could not help the Fair Dickinson in their last game. Despite his very good performance the Fair Dickinson was crushed 80-53 on the road by the Northwestern University. Seilund recorded 16 points, 7 rebounds and 2 blocks in 31 minutes. This year Seilund averages only 9.1ppg, 2FGP: 37.5%, 3FGP: 41.9% and FT: 81.3% in the seven games. He played for the Danish U20 national team two years ago.

Jonas Zohore Bergstedt
Jonas Zohore Bergstedt
#4. Center Jonas Zohore Bergstedt (210-91, currently plays in EuroChallenge) was not able to help Etha (0-3) in their game against Tofas (2-1) in the EuroChallenge. Bergstedt scored 8 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. It was his first game for Etha this season. The fourth-placed Etha was crushed 78-57 at home by the second-ranked Tofas in the group A of EuroChallenge. So far Etha lost all three games in the Regular Season. There are only three games left until the end of the EuroChallenge Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. It's Bergstedt's first year with the team. He used to play for the Danish U20 national team last year.

Kevin Larsen
Kevin Larsen
#5. U20 international forward Kevin Larsen (208-93, is currently at the American university) managed to help The George Washington University in a victory against the Boston University 72-59 in the NCAA last Saturday. Larsen scored only 4 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in 17 minutes. It was his first game for G.Washington this season. His team has conference record this season. Larsen plays currently for the Danish U20 national team.

Anton Larsen
Anton Larsen
#6. Power forward Anton Larsen (213-88, currently plays college basketball in the States) was not able to secure a victory for the ODU in their game against the Cleveland State University (0-0) in the NCAA. Larsen scored 6 points in 16 minutes. The ODU lost 55-67 in Cleveland, OH to the Cleveland State University. Larsen is one of the most experienced players in a team as it's his fourth year in ODU's roster. He has relatively good stats this season: 13.3ppg, 3.3rpg, 1.3apg and 1.8spg in the four games. Larsen is a former international player as he played for the Danish senior team four years ago.

The list of other players, who all have Danish passport but never been selected to any of Danish national teams:

#1. Tencho Tenchev (202-F-93, currently plays in Bulgaria), who plays in the Bulgarian NBL could not help the league outsider U20 (0-5) to beat Beroe (2-2). He scored 8 points.
