Here is the weekly review of the top performing Danish players, who play currently abroad.

Chanan Colman
Chanan Colman
#1. This week's number one is former international guard Chanan Colman (191-84, college: Chipola, currently plays in Israel). He managed to help Maccabi Bazan Haifa in a victory against the league leader Maccabi Ashdod (5-0) 80-74 in the Israeli Winner League in Wednesday night's game. Colman recorded 5 points in 16 minutes on the court. It was his first game for Maccabi Haifa this season. It was the game of the round between two top 4 ranked teams. His team is placed second in the Winner League. It was Maccabi's fourth consecutive victory in a row. Colman has a dual citizenship: Danish and Israeli. Former Roskilde BC starter played for the Danish senior national team four years ago.

Jonathan Gilling
Jonathan Gilling
#2. Second place goes to former U20 international forward Jonathan Gilling (201-91, currently plays college basketball in the States). He led Arizona St. to a victory against the University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff 67-54 in the NCAA last Wednesday. Gilling scored 13 points, grabbed 7 rebounds and dished 3 assists. It was his first game for Arizona St. this season. His team has conference record this season. Gilling played for the Danish U20 national team in 2010.

Kevin Larsen
Kevin Larsen
#3. The Danish player who performed third best last week abroad was U20 international forward Kevin Larsen (208-93, currently studies in the States). He contributed to a 1-point G.Washington's victory against the James Madison University 54-53 in the NCAA on Wednesday night. Larsen scored 12 points and grabbed 9 rebounds in 30 minutes. It was his first game for G.Washington this season. His team has conference record this season. It's Larsen's first year with the team. He is also a member of the Danish U20 national team.

Anton Larsen
Anton Larsen
#4. Power forward Anton Larsen (213-88, is currently at the American university), who plays in the NCAA could not help the ODU (0-1) to beat the University of Richmond (0-0). Larsen scored 7 points in only 11 minutes. The ODU was crushed 80-53 at home by the University of Richmond. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. Larsen is one of the most experienced players in a team as it's his fourth year in ODU's roster. He has relatively good stats this season: 13.0ppg, 3.1rpg, 1.1apg and 1.3spg in the seven games he played so far. Larsen used to play for the Danish national team back in 2008.

Jonas Zohore Bergstedt
Jonas Zohore Bergstedt
#5. U20 international center Jonas Zohore Bergstedt (210-91, currently plays in EuroChallenge) was not able to help the league outsider Etha (0-5) in their game against Tofas (3-2) in the EuroChallenge. He did not beat the league record on Tuesday evening. Bergstedt scored only 1 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. The fourth-placed Etha was crushed 87-54 on the road by the second-ranked Tofas in the group A of EuroChallenge. So far Etha lost all five games in the Regular Season. His team will play only one more game in the EuroChallenge Regular Season. And that game will be critical. This season Bergstedt averages: 3.3ppg and 4.5rpg. He used to play for the Danish U20 national team last year.

Mathias Seilund
Mathias Seilund
#6. Forward Mathias Seilund (201-90, currently plays college basketball in the States) was not able to secure a victory for the Fair Dickinson in their game against the Lehigh University (0-0) in the NCAA. Seilund cannot count it as his best performance. He scored only 2 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 20 minutes. The Fair Dickinson was crushed 102-62 in Bethlehem, PA by the Lehigh University. This year Seilund's overall stats are: 3.3ppg and 4.5rpg in the four games. He is a former U20 international player as he played for the Danish team two years ago.

One more player who has never been selected to any of national teams, but has Danish passport:

#1. Tencho Tenchev (202-F-93, currently plays in Bulgaria), who plays in the Bulgarian NBL could not help the league outsider U20 (0-8) in their last game on Thursday. Despite Tenchev's very good performance the bottom-ranked U20 was defeated 86-80 at home by the higher-ranked Euroins Cherno More (#6). He was the second best scorer with 15 points. Tenchev also added 6 rebounds. His team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And that game will be critical. It's Tenchev's first season with the team. Tenchev has relatively good stats this year: 13.0ppg, 3.1rpg, 1.1apg and 1.3spg. He has a dual citizenship: Danish and Bulgarian. Despite Tenchev's Danish passport, he currently plays for the Bulgarian U20 national team and is not eligible to play for the Danish team.
