The game between Top Four teams took place in Horsholm. 4th placed host Horsholm (8-9) lost to first ranked Horsens IC (15-2) 84-71. The game was mostly controlled by Horsens IC. Horsholm managed to win second period 18-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Horsens IC forced 26 Horsholm turnovers. 24 personal fouls committed by Horsholm helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a great evening for American point guard Myles Mack (175-93, college: Rutgers) who led his team to a victory scoring 25 points and 6 steals. Australian forward Dan Trist (206-92, college: Lafayette) helped adding 15 points and 5 rebounds. Horsens IC's coach Arnel Dedic used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side American-Haitian Marvin Dominique (201-91, college: St.Peter's, agency: Duran International) responded with 9 points and 14 rebounds. Defending champion maintains first place with 15-2 record. Horsholm at the other side dropped to the fifth position with nine games lost. Horsens IC are looking forward to face SISU (#7) in Copenhagen in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Horsholm will play on the road against the league's second-placed Bakken in Aarhus and is hoping to prove to their supporters that this time they can win.

It was an exceptional evening for Estonian forward Kristjan Kitsing (205-90, agency: Octagon Europe) who led the winners and scored 19 points. Devaughn Akoon-Purcell accounted for 16 points. American Jyles Smith (209-92, college: Savannah St.) came up with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 11 rebounds (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field) for Horsholm in the defeat. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Bakken maintains second place with 12-2 record having 3 victories less than leader Horsens IC. Horsholm at the other side dropped to the fifth position with nine games lost. Bakken will again play against Horsholm (#5) at home in the next round. Horsholm will have a break next round.
Bottom-ranked Stevnsgade (0-17) is still winless. This time they lost on the road their 17th consecutive match to fourth ranked Naestved (9-8) 80-60 on Thursday evening. Earnest Ross fired 23 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Davie Champagnie produced a double-double by scoring 23 points and 10 rebounds for lost side. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. Naestved have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain fourth place with 9-8 record. Loser Stevnsgade still closes the standings. Naestved will meet Randers (#6) on the road in the next round. Stevnsgade will have a break next round.

Randers at the other side keep the sixth position with 11 games lost. SISU's next round opponent will be league's leader Horsens IC in Horsens and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.

SISU - Randers 99-90

The game in Copenhagen was also worth to mention about. 6th ranked Randers (8-11) played at the court of seventh ranked SISU (7-12). SISU managed to secure a 9-point victory 99-90. The hosts were ahead by 5 points but lost the second period ending it with a 5-point deficit before their 37-23 run, which allowed them to win the game. SISU players were unselfish on offense dishing 30 assists comparing to just 15 passes made by Randers' players. 24 personal fouls committed by Randers helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of American Kyle Dranginis (195-92, college: Gonzaga) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 26 points, 13 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 blocks. His fellow American import forward Tanner McGrew (203-93, college: W.Virg.Wesl., agency: Duran International) contributed with a triple-double by scoring 17 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists for the winners. Five SISU players scored in double figures. American-Belizean point guard Charles Burgess (186-84, college: Texas Tech) answered with 38 points (!!!), 6 rebounds, 8 assists and 5 steals and American power forward Bonell Colas (207-82, college: Florida) added 15 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Randers. Randers' coach Morten Hansen rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. SISU maintains seventh place with 7-12 record. Randers at the other side keep the sixth position with 11 games lost. SISU's next round opponent will be league's leader Horsens IC in Horsens and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.

Bakken Bears (Ligaen) signed 26-year old American forward Jeffrey Crockett (201-95kg-91, college: Texas Tech). He played last season at Lighthouse Conad Trapani in Italian Serie A2.
