There are only two more rounds left in the Regular Season in 1st Division. Coincidentally all hosts won their games.

The most exciting game of round 18 in the 1st Division took place in Vaerlose. This derby game ended with only two-point defeat on the road of 5th ranked Amager BK (8-8) to third ranked Vaerlose (11-5) 72-70 on Sunday evening. Vaerlose have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 11-5 record having five points less than leader Wolfpack/BMS. Amager BK at the other side keeps the fifth place with eight games lost. Vaerlose are looking forward to face league's leader BMS Skovlunde at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Amager BK will play against Birkerod (#9) and is hoping to prove to their fans that this time they can win.
Seventh-ranked SBBC 2015 (5-11) was very close to win a game against fourth ranked EBAA (10-6) in Aarhus. EBAA managed to secure only three-point victory 90-87. However their fans expected easier game. EBAA maintains fourth position with 10-6 record. SBBC 2015 at the other side dropped to the eighth place with 11 games lost. EBAA will play against Virum Vipers (#7) on the road in the next round. SBBC 2015 will play against BMI Bloodhounds and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
Bottom-ranked Birkerod managed to get a third victory, breaking the six-game losing streak on Sunday night. This time they outleveled ninth-ranked Aalborg in Skjold 88-67. It's especially surprising that the victory came too easily and 21-point difference proves that Birkerod was well-prepared to that game. Birkerod (3-13) moved-up to ninth place. Loser Aalborg dropped to the bottom position with 13 games lost. Birkerod will meet higher ranked Amager BK (#5) in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Aalborg will play against the league's second-placed Koge BK (#2) where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
1st Division top team - BMS Skovlunde (16-0) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat seventh ranked Virum Vipers (5-10) 84-71. Undefeated BMS Skovlunde have an impressive 16-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 16-0 record. Virum Vipers lost third consecutive game. Virum Vipers at the other side keep the seventh place with ten games lost. BMS Skovlunde's next round opponent will be Vaerlose (#3) on the road, which may be the game of the day. Virum Vipers will play against EBAA (#4) and hope to win that game.

It's still too early stage of the Regular Season in 1st Division, but even now we can clearly see the differece between stronger teams and outsiders.
