Rapla and TTU lost to the Latvian representative in Baltic League. In October 21st Ventspils overcame TTU 78:74. They trailed by 5 points after three quarters before their 29-20 charge, which allowed them to win the game. TTU was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Janis Timma (201-F-92, agency: FCM) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 19 rebounds. Donald Sims (185-PG-87, college: Appalachian St.) contributed with 22 points for the winners.
Later Ventspils beat Rapla 93:54. Vernon Teel orchestrated the victory by scoring 17 points and 9 rebounds. Martins Laksa (200-SF-90, agency: FCM) contributed with 19 points for the winners. Rait-Riivo Laane answered with 11 points and 4 steals and Raido Ringmets (206-C/F-83) added 8 points in the effort for Rapla.
Tarvas meanwhile overcame Barons kvart 87:79. The best player for the winners was point guard Reimo Tamm (185-PG-84) who scored 21 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists. Juris Umbrasko chipped in 16 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Salvis Metra (195-G/F-84) produced 17 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists and Ilmars Bergmanis added 22 points and 4 assists respectively for the hosts.
Rudupis smashed Tln Kalev 101:53. Arnas Labuckas orchestrated the victory by scoring 22 points and 5 rebounds. Gediminas Orelikas contributed with 21 points for the winners. Ike Okoye (206-F, college: Boise St.) answered with 14 points and 7 rebounds and Jamaal Douglas (201-F-85, agency: Dynamics Global Management, college: E.Kentucky) added 11 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Tln Kalev.

Kosovo - Estonia 75-69 Kosovo qualified into the next round of the World Cup qualifiers. They held off visiting Estonia 75-69 to finish second in Group C. Estonian ended up on top with a 3-1 record. Dardan Berisha (191-SG-88) stepped up with 28 points, 6 assists and 4 rebounds to lead the hosts. Estonia enjoyed a 38:35 halftime lead. Maccabi Rishon Le-Zion (Winner League) inked 25-year old American power forward Mark Tollefsen (206-90kg-92, college: Arizona). He played most recently at Kalev/Cramo in Estonian Alexela KML. Tollefsen managed to play in three leagues last year (!!!). In 28 Alexela KML games he averaged 12.0ppg, 4.8rpg and 1.3apg. He helped them to win the league title and the cup.
