The Estonian teams lost to the Lithuanian representatives including the first defeat of Kalev/Cramo.
Parnu was beaten by Pieno Zvaigzdes 68:72. The best player for the winners was TreVon Hughes who scored 11 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Yancy Gates (206-F-89, college: Cincinnati) chipped in 16 points. Rain Raadik (208-C-89) produced a double-double by scoring 14 points and 12 rebounds and Augustas Peciukevicius (192-G-91) added 14 points and 6 assists respectively for the hosts.
The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of undefeated Estonian Kalev/Cramo in Tallinn on Wednesday night. Hosts were defeated by Lithuanian Pieno Zvaigzdes 79:73. The guests trailed by 8 points after first quarter, but they rallied back winning next two quarters and won the game by 6 points. Yancy Gates orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 11 rebounds. TreVon Hughes contributed with 17 points for the winners. Frank Elegar replied with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds and Keith McLeod (190-PG-79, college: Bowling Green) added 14 points in the effort for Kalev/Cramo.
Rather expected game when Estonian TTU was smashed on the road by second ranked Lithuanian Siauliai 90-51 on Tuesday. Vytautas Sulskis orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 11 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. Lewis Jackson contributed with 15 points and 5 assists for the winners. Four Erik Keedus replied with 9 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists and Kiur Akenparg (190-F-88) added 14 points in the effort for TTU.

Defending champion BC Kalev/Cramo Tallinn (Alexela KML) inked experienced 35-year old Bulgarian guard Branko Mirkovic (190-85kg-82, agency: 011 Sports). He has a double citizenship as he also holds Serbian passport. Mirkovic He started the season at CSM CSU Oradea in Romanian Liga Nationala. He managed to play in three leagues this year (!!!). The most exciting game was a derby match between two local teams from Tallinn: Kalev/Cramo (#2) and TTU (#5). TTU was crushed at home by 28 points 80-108 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. The game was mostly controlled by Kalev/Cramo. TTU managed to win fourth quarter 25-24. On the 99th birthday of Estonian Republic, a historic episode was written in Estonian, European as well as world basketball history. 26 years after Dino and Andrea Meneghin faced each other in Italian league, a father played against son in a top-tier league.
