Estonian teams lost to the Lithuanian representatives in Baltic League last night.
Nevezis beat Tarvas 87:76. Mindaugas Girdziunas (188-G-89) fired 10 points and 8 assists for the winners. Andrius Aleksandrovas (197-G-86) chipped in 16 points. Reimo Tamm produced 13 points and 7 rebounds and Brandis Raley-Ross added 14 points and 4 assists respectively for lost side.
Valga was beaten by Juventus 52:72. Darrick Leonard fired 13 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Nerijus Varnelis chipped in 14 points and 9 rebounds. Joonas Jarvelainen produced 15 points and 4 steals and Raitis Grafs (208-C-81, college: Valparaiso) added 12 points and 5 rebounds respectively for lost side.
Rapla lost to Naglis Palangos 86:93. American guard Parrish Brown fired 27 points and 4 assists for the winners. Modestas Kumpys (192-G-91) chipped in a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds. Illimar Pilk produced 26 points and 5 rebounds and Raido Ringmets added 14 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side.
LSU-Baltai overcame Parnu 89:75. Zygimantas Skucas (200-SF-92) top-scored for the winners with 17 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Taurantas Tamosiunas chipped in 21 points and 5 rebounds. Osvaldas Matulionis finished the game with 32 points and 7 rebounds and Augustas Peciukevicius (192-G-91) added 11 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists respectively for lost side.
Sakalai smashed Tln Kalev 108:66. Paulius Dambrauskas (191-G-91) fired 19 points and 6 assists for the winners. Edvinas Jezukevicius chipped in 19 points and 9 rebounds. Ike Okoye ended up with 15 points and 9 rebounds and Marc Campbell added 13 points and 5 assists respectively for lost side.
TTU lost to Siauliai 58:94. Vitali Liutych fired 20 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Vytautas Sulskis chipped in 16 points. Andrew Arnold produced 18 points and Kiur Akenparg added 14 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side.

Here is the weekly review of the top performing Estonian players, who play currently abroad. This week's number one is former international small forward Siim-Sander Vene (201-90). He could not help BC Nizhny Novgorod (1-2) in their last game. Despite Vene's very good performance BC Nizhny Novgorod was crushed 98-76 on the road by the higher-ranked (#9) Hapoel Jerusalem.    [read more]

Lithuanian Center Dominykas Milka (203-C-92) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for second-ranked TU/Rock, receiving a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 13. The 24-year old player had a double-double of 26 points and 11 rebounds, while his team outclassed Tarvas (#7, 3-9) with 46-point margin 110-64. There are only two more rounds left in the Regular Season in Alexela KML. The most exciting game of round 13 in the Alexela KML took place in Valga. This derby game ended with only two-point home defeat of 6th ranked Valga (5-10) to fourth ranked TTU (7-4) 68-66 on Friday evening. The guests trailed by 10 points after first quarter, but they rallied back and won the game by 2 points.
