   #1. This week's number one is an international small forward Kristjan Kangur (201-82, currently plays in Italy). He contributed to a Montepaschi Siena's victory against the 13th-ranked Sutor Montegranaro (4-10) 93-79 in the Italian SerieA in Monday night's game. Kangur scored 8 points in only 14 minutes on the court. Montepaschi Siena (11-3) is placed third in the SerieA. It's Kangur's first season with the team. This year he averages: 7.6ppg, 2.8rpg, 2FGP: 57.7%(15-26), 3FGP: 46.8%(22-47) and FT: 84.6% in the 14 games he played so far. Kangur is currently a member of the Estonian senior national team.

   #2. Second place goes to an international small forward Siim-Sander Vene (203-90, agency: Alti Sport, currently plays in Lithuania). He helped Rudupis win their game against the league outsider Naglis Palangos (0-11) 99-85 in the Lithuanian LKL last Saturday. Vene recorded 10 points. Rudupis Prienu (11-0) is placed first in the LKL. So far his team won all eleven games in the Regular Season. Vene is currently sixth on the league's list of best rebounders. He has very reliable stats this season: 11.5ppg, 6.3rpg, 2.6apg, 1.5spg, 2FGP: 54.8%, 3FGP: 25.0% and FT: 73.7%. Vene is in the roster of the Estonian senior national team.

   #3. The Estonian player who performed third best last week abroad was an international power forward Janar Talts (207-83, currently plays in Italy). He helped Cimberio Varese win their game against the league outsider VL Pesaro (2-12) 82-69 in the Italian SerieA on Sunday night. Talts scored 8 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in only 11 minutes. Cimberio Varese (13-1) is placed first in the SerieA. It was his team's fourth consecutive victory in a row. This year Talts' overall stats are: 3.1ppg, 3.1rpg, 2FGP: 65.4%(17-26), 3FGP: 37.5% in the 14 games. He is also a member of the Estonian senior national team.

   #4. Center Viljar Veski (215-86, currently plays in Spain), who plays in the Spanish LEB Silver (third division) could not help Palma (4-7) to beat Prat Juventud (7-4). Veski scored only 4 points. Palma was edged 77-74 at home by the higher-ranked Prat Juventud (#3). Veski's total stats this season are: 7.9ppg and 3.0rpg. He used to play for the Estonian national team back in 2010.

Gladness managed to play in three leagues last year (!!!). In 28 Alexela KML games he averaged 6.2ppg and 5.4rpg. He helped them to win the league title (twice) and the cup (also twice). Defending champion BC Kalev/Cramo Tallinn (Alexela KML) tabbed 32-year old Lithuanian guard Martynas Mazeika (192-95kg-85, agency: Interperformances). He has played for the last seven years at Neptunas in Lithuanian LKL league. In 47 games he averaged 7.3ppg, 2.6rpg and 1.3apg last season. Mazeika helped them to make it to the final. Salon Vilpas - TTU 101:74 Salon Vilpas coasted past TTU Tallinn in the international friendly tournament in the Estonian capital. Tobin Carberry (193-G-91, college: LIU Post, agency: HMS) and Canyon Barry (198-G-94, college: Florida) scored 26 points each to lead the Finnish side. TTU eked out a 21:20 lead after the opening frame. Salon Vilpas though surged ahead in the second period. They built a 48:35 halftime advantage.
