Here is the weekly review of the top performing Estonian players, who play currently abroad.

   #1. This week's number one is an international small forward Kristjan Kangur (201-82, currently plays in Italy), who plays in the Italian SerieA. He could not help Montepaschi Siena (12-5) in their last game. Despite Kangur's very good performance Montepaschi Siena lost 84-94 on the road to the lower-ranked (#8) Enel Brindisi. He scored 15 points in 20 minutes on the court. This year Kangur averages: 8.2ppg, 2.6rpg, 2FGP: 55.9%(19-34), 3FGP: 47.5%(29-61) and FT: 77.8% in the 17 games he played so far. He is currently a member of the Estonian senior national team.

   #2. Second place goes to an international small forward Siim-Sander Vene (203-90, agency: Alti Sport, currently plays in Baltic League), who plays in Lithuania. Vene was not able to help Rudupis (2-1) in their last game on Saturday. Despite his very good performance the second-placed Rudupis was defeated 80-68 in Tallinn by the leading Kalev/Cramo in the group F of Baltic League. Vene recorded 15 points. There are only four games left until the end of the Baltic League Top 16. So now every game will be critical. It's Vene's first season with the team. His overall stats this year are: 9.3ppg, 6.1rpg, 2.0apg, 1.4spg, 2FGP: 52.1%, 3FGP: 27.3% and FT: 47.8%. Vene is in the roster of the Estonian senior national team.

   #3. The Estonian player who performed third best last week abroad was an international swingman Gregor Arbet (195-83, currently plays in Greece), who plays in the Greek A1. He was not able to secure a victory for Kavala (3-11) in their last game. Despite Arbet's very good performance Kavala lost in an overtime 78-82 in Athens to the higher-ranked (#9) Ilysiakos. He was the top scorer with 18 points in 43 minutes. It was Kavala's third consecutive loss in a row. Arbet has relatively good stats this year: 13.0ppg, 5.5rpg, 1.5spg, 2FGP: 53.8%, 3FGP: 33.3% in the two games. He is also a member of the Estonian senior national team.

   #4. Power forward Janar Talts (207-83, currently plays in Italy) managed to help Cimberio Varese to win in overtime against one of league's weakest teams Air Avellino (4-13) 83-82 in the Italian SerieA in Sunday night's game. Talts scored 5 points and added 3 assists. Cimberio Varese (15-2) is placed first in the SerieA. Talts' overall stats this season are: 3.2ppg and 2.8rpg. He is also Estonian national team player.

   #5. Former international center Viljar Veski (215-86, currently plays in Spain) contributed to Palma's victory against the fifth-ranked Lan Mobel ISB (7-6) 75-71 in the Spanish LEB Silver (third division) last Sunday. Veski scored 6 points in only 6 minutes. Palma Air Europa (5-9) is placed ninth in the LEB Silver. They ended the series of four consecutive loses. This year Veski's overall stats are: 7.4ppg and 2.9rpg in the 14 games. He used to play for the Estonian national team three years ago.

   #6. Power forward Joonas Vaino (204-92, currently plays in Finland) couldn't help Namika Lahti (5-21) in their game against Tampereen Pyrinto (0-0) in the Finnish Korisliiga. Vaino scored only 4 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. The bottom-ranked Namika Lahti was crushed 96-61 at home by the much higher-ranked Tampereen Pyrinto. It was Namika Lahti's fourth consecutive loss in a row. Vaino's total stats this season are: 1.8ppg and 1.7rpg. He is U20 international player who is currently on the Estonian National Team roster.
