Constantin Popa Basketball Career

Born: Feb.18, 1971
Popa is a good offensive center with a fine touch near the basket. He runs the floor fairly well and blocks shots (not enough). He is too thin and not strong enough, makes a lot of fouls. Not a good rebounder for a player with his size. Commits a high number of fouls in a short time.
