BC Donetsk bolstered their frontcourt. They agreed on terms of contract with Darnell Jackson (203-F-85, college: Kansas). It is the first overseas contract for the US player. The forward spent the last season in the NBA. He played for the Sacramento Kings. Darnell Jackson tallied 3.5 points and 1.7 rebounds per game for the Kings. Previously the forward had stints with the Cavaliers, Bucks and the Erie Bay Hawks in D-League. Darnell Jackson graduated from the University of Kansas in 2008. The forward posted 11.2 points, 6.7 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game in his senior season. Darnell Jackson was named into All-Big 12 3rd Team in 2008.

24-year old Zygimantas Skucas (201-SF-92, agency: Octagon Europe) put on an amazing game in the last round for Lietkabelis and receives a Player of the Week award for round 2. He had the game-high 22 points adding three rebounds and two assists for Lietkabelis in his team's victory, helping them to edge out Cedevita (#5, 0-2) 80-76. Defending champion KK MZT Skopje Aerodrom (Prva Liga) inked 28-year old British international power forward Daniel Clark (210-110kg-88). He played most recently at MoraBanc Andorra in Spanish Liga Endesa. In 33 games he averaged 7.0ppg and 2.8rpg last season. The previous (14-15) season Clark played at Baloncesto Fuenlabrada (also in Liga Endesa) where in 34 games he had 8.4ppg, 4.6rpg and 1.2apg.
